22 Church Rd, Newick, LewesWe had a Thai meal in The Crown, Newick this evening.
The service was delivered with a smile and with very helpful information about each dish. The bar staff were extremely attentive and welcoming.
The meals arrived on hot plates, with generous portions and the flavours were incredible. A truly superb meal was enjoyed, we had a yellow curry and teriyaki duck.
Taking into account all aspects of an evening out, the customer service, cleanliness of all areas, the attitude of the staff, the quality of the food, the price and the overall ambiance I have to say The Crown in Newick ticks all the boxes.
It’s a great night out with absolutely brilliant food and a vibrant atmosphere.

The Royal Oak
1 Church Rd, Newick, LewesThis is the only way I want to be greeted in a pub from now on! Lovely and warm - radiators blasting and a real fire too. Very comfortable and wonderfully dog friendly. We played some pool, there’s also a darts board. Their kitchen’s closed at the moment but crisps and drinks were fine for us. Would return.
