The Railway Inn
The Railway Inn, 2 Station Road, Brighton and Hove, BrightonThis is a good pub and serves great food and drinks, usual pub prices and they have offers on certain days which makes it better value such as 2 for 1 beefburgers. Not too busy at lunch time but evenings can be really busy at points. Also trying to get served in the evening can take quite some time when busy which is frustrating, they really do need more staff. Also one meal I had l, had fries, so I asked for some vinegar at which point they informed me they only had one bottle for the entire pub and they didn't know who had it!! One bottle, really? Anyway I never did find out where this mysterious bottle of vinegar was or who was hoarding it! Aside from that one staff member was obviously not having a good day and we witnessed them swearing and shouting about something as they went into the kitchen area, it didn't leave a good impression and was a shame as generally the staff in there are really nice. Evenings, especially weekends can be really busy so best to book a table online, although it's odd they will only let you book for up to 3 hours which is a pain because it can take a while to order at the bar so they really should give you the option of longer. Overall it's worth giving the pub a try, can be a little hit and miss but overall definitely more hot than miss!

Madeira Cafe' and Restaurant
28 Boundary Rd, Portslade, Brighton and Hove, BrightonBrill food lovely service and highly recommend this little place, if I had one fault it would be that the waitress kept coming to table asking if we needed anything else while we were still eating our meal and had full glasses, a little to keen as was in conversation myself, but don't let this stop you trying this lovely place

Station Kebab House

Couple weeks ago I fall outside the subway and the two girls were very kind they gave me a chair to sit on and asked if I was okay Thank you Keep up the good work
Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and I have a mobility walker and it easy to move around in the shop and easy to get in and out
