The Grn, Sedlescombe, BattleThis pub is a traditional country village one with wooden floors low ceilings and log fire. The staff are very friendly, food is delicious albeit a tad expensive. Dogs ? welcome to. Quiz nights on Tuesdays and its Steak night on Thursday. Choice of lagers ciders and the local beers.

Main A21, SedlescombeRoomy dining area close to the toilets. Self service: collect cakes etc. Then order hot drinks and main dishes at the till. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Gluten-free options available ( including afternoon tea if pre-ordered)
Dietary restrictions: I can't comment generally....but certainly the café is GF aware.
