The Ash Tree Inn, Brown Bread St, Ashburnham, BattleWe had an amazing meal on Sunday. The food was wonderful and so was the service. They were super busy and all the staff were all so attentive and helpful. Absolutely recommend and we will be back very soon! Thank you ☺️Kid-friendliness: We had 5 children with us and all the staff were so lovely about having them around.

The Green, Catsfield, BattleWe came here for Sunday lunch while staying nearby and we weren't disappointed- our server dealt with special food requirements without batting an eyelid, and the food was lovely. Roast spuds were crispy and the turkey was beautifully cooked.

Denbigh Rd, Hooe, BattleFamily visit for Sunday roast, and didn’t disappoint! Roast beef and nut roast devoured, along with a fabulous selection of vegetables and crispy roast potatoes, followed by chocolate brownie, washed down with house Sauvignon wine. Happy days ☺️Vegetarian options: Delicious nut roast
