Parsonage Farm, Church Ln, RobertsbridgeLovely little cafe. Good food, great area for a walk, staff are friendly and a majority of the produce is local.Me and my partner have just moved to the area and always go here to stock up on sausage rolls, pasties and juice before a hike in the woods.

Oastbrook Estate
Junction Rd, Bodiam, RobertsbridgeMy partner and I visited the vineyard for the tour- it was a really fantastic experience hosted by America and Nick. Both America and Nick were kind, welcoming and knowledgeable and the wines were delicious! We would highly recommend this experience if you are in or around the area!

Main Rd, Bodiam, RobertsbridgeIts our New years day tradition, a walk aounds the castle and lunch at this great pub, not as busy this year compared to previous years but that didnt change the great food from a varied menu. The service was also great as usual. We will continue our tradition for as long as we can. If only we lived closer.

Station Rd, RobertsbridgeBest value for money in Mount Hagen. 150 kina for 1 room with 2 double beds!The place is quiet, away from the city. Michael, the owner, will help you as much as possible. It offers free pickups and dropoffs from the airport and to Mount Hagen (so for the festival too).The people in the surrounding village are very warm. There are tea plantations, you can walk there.At the guesthouse, you can cook food.Water in the showers.Fridge in the room.No wifi and average network.cockroaches in the room! But we get used to it.

A21, RobertsbridgeFriendly, value-oriented cafe on the A21. Lots of character, interesting collection of recent and older biker photos/memorabilia. Food is mainly breakfast type offerings, available all day. The breakfast was fairly basic but tasty and super value. Great place to stop off.

51 High St, RobertsbridgeWe decided to leave the main road in search of a good coffee. Wow, not only good coffee did we find but sensational croissants, served fresh and warm with beautiful strawberry jam. The atmosphere was cosy and joyous, and the staff were warm and friendly with a great sense of humour that made our stay just perfect.

13 High St, RobertsbridgeA real discovery! A lovely Indian restaurant with a large menu so plenty of choice. A cosy venue with friendly, helpful staff & a relaxed atmosphere. The Lamb Madras I had was simply delicious, as were the excellent sides. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her butter chicken dish too. Recommended for a lovely meal out (I suspect their takeaway is excellent too!)...

The Hub @ Quarry Farm
The Hub, Quarry Farm, RobertsbridgeWow I love this place… the food is delicious and generous, great menu and the building and interior is so lovely. Lots of outdoor seating too. Tucked away off the main road and free parking. There is a play area for kids that is set back so does not interrupt you if you are escaping kids / meeting friends.Just found out they also have a campsite by the river and gorgeous shepherds huts for eco stays in the woods (The Original Hut Company) … we will be back in the Spring!
