Had a delicious birthday lunch here with my best friend. The two course lunch menu with a drink was excellent value and portion sizes more than what we were expecting for the price. I had the salmon and it was so tasty and perfectly cooked: Staff were lovely too.

Had a fantastic family dinner at Docvisi in Brentwood! The pizzas were delicious — crispy base, loaded with toppings, and the kids loved theirs too. The Penne Mediterranean was packed with flavour. But the real star was the tiramisu — so creamy, light, and just heavenly! Staff were super friendly and the vibe was warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

We came to celebrate our anniversary and had such a perfect and special experience. The restaurant is stunning, we were seated at a very cosy corner with a sofa and cushions, and the decor was gorgeous. The staff were super lovely, we were looked after by Izzy and Chloe who were so amazing, friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious - we had the sticky beef and soft shell crab tempura for starters and for mains we had the pork belly and scallops and prawns, as well as sides of carrots and green beans, finishing with a tiramisu. Everything was cooked to perfection, the ingredients were fresh and seasoned just right. We were also given complimentary drinks, canapés and an anniversary message dessert. We can't wait to come back again and bring our friends!

We go here as regularly as possible as the food and service are excellent. Today we sampled their Sunday lunch and I didn’t need a pudding as it was so filling. They also surprised us with a pudding for my wife with happy anniversary on it, which we hadn’t mentioned to them but they must have overheard. Above and beyond I’d say.

This is a lovely old traditional pub and restaurant full of cosy corners and widely spaced tables so you get a great degree of privacy wherever you sit. There is also a large outside terrace that is a real suntrap in the summer.
The food is delicious and reasonably priced with a good choice of menu. The service is very good, we were served by Abi who was very friendly and helpful and was very patient with my elderly mother which we really appreciated. We had a long leisurely lunch and look forward to the next one.

Very plain curry house, which I like as the focus is on the food. Good choice and the quality was superb. Thick sauces full of spice and flavours, good portions and lovely tasty rice and well cooked nans. Definitely recommend and will be back with others. Oh not to mention, you can bring your own alcohol drinks.

I came here for a solo date night. The restaurant is huge, and has an upstairs bar, which was unfortunately closed. The service was great. The staff were polite, attentive and welcoming.
I especially enjoyed the Lychee martini and berry pavlova. There wasn't much of an atmosphere in terms of music or entertainment, but I guess I was especially aware of this as I was alone. There were plenty of couples dining, it is a lovely restaurant romantic dinner and groups would have no problem having a chit chat without loud music. I'd go again and take a friend next time.

Amazing coffee & food. The sourdough was exceptional (one with scrambled tofu and spinach, one with peanut butter and banana) and the coffee was great - even the decaf! We took a cake home with us each as we were so full from the sourdough. Highly recommended!

The plough is really beautiful the amount of care and love they have put into the decor and ambience and the food is the same. The goats cheese I have had in so many places but this one is the best ever. The service, our drinks served in lovely glasses, cold and so clean, just everything was fantastic. I highly recommend it can be chilled in shorts or dressed up for your occasion so versatile and non judgmental. Lovely to have it as a local ???‍❤️‍?

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt the need for this, We have just moved into the area and was recommended The Bricklayers Arms, my husband and I went on Sunday, we had such a Beautiful meal, we both chose from the main menu there is something for everyone on there, there was also a specials board as well with a few extras on which was really nice, the food and service was excellent, i couldn’t fault it in anyway at all, I will definitely try the Roast dinner on my next visit, they looked awesome! I would highly recommend it here, we certainly will be back! I can’t believe a place like this is just on my doorstep, Thank you and can’t wait to return ?
