The Viper, Mill Green Rd, Mill Green, IngatestoneMyself and Boris the dog popped in last night . Although very quite as entertainment is next weekend. Wanted to see what was on offer .Welcomed by staff Charlotte and toby.
Who were very welcoming , checked out menu as want a good lunch or dinner with family when they pop in. Have
recently moved from frinton-on-sea to be near them [health reasons].
Great to find this local asset.
Hope locals give them full support .
Me and Boris will definitely support them .
Being 71 now and taking loads of meds [1 can't drink anymore].Drinking since 1971. Socialising in public houses has given me a great way of meeting new friends and work at times
So only had tea and soft drinks. Nice cup of tea from toby. Great prices. Will see Rupert next time [owner since 2018].So young and old support this little gem.
To bed now. REMEMBER WHAT THEY SAY ,USE IT OR YOUR LOSE IT. I've seen it happen from east London to harwich.
So keep up the good work Rupert & family not forgetting staff.

76 High St, IngatestoneBest Italian in Essex! You must visit if you are Italian food lover, Lara and the team are fantastic. The food is made fresh to order and they make their own fresh pasta daily. The food with not disappoint and the Aperol Spritz are just PERFECT.

What a lovely afternoon,
The restaurant was very clean.The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
We were given a variety of finger sandwiches with a selection of different fillings.
We were even offered more sandwiches once we had eaten.
An excellent well presented selection of cakes together with plain and fruit scones with jam and clotted cream.
They even wrote “Happy Birthday” in chocolate on one of the plates on the cake stand ❤️
Unlimited teas and coffees.
Excellent value for money.
Couldn’t fault it and would thoroughly recommend.
We will definitely be returning,

Recipe For Results
S Hill Farm, Ingatestone Rd, Stock, IngatestoneI could not recommend Martyn at ‘Recipe For Results’ enough! He is knowledgeable, professional yet a great guy too! He makes you feel so at ease and confident your in safe hands!!
Martyn has helped me so much over the last.year and a half that I have trained with him in so many ways. Not only with my fitness but my knowledge on training too!
I mainly train with him from my office gym in Brentwood but it helps massively that he is a mobile personal trainer so can be flexible on where we train too!

Dandelion Coffee Shop
20 The Square, Stock, IngatestoneWhat a great cafe. Excellent service and friendly staff. Great menu choices and good atmosphere.
The food was excellent very well presented and good value.
Loved the little touches ie ice and lemon in the tap water and lovely glasses.
Definately worth a visit.

The Lounge Wine bar
40 High St, IngatestoneWe have been coming to The Lounge for nearly 2 years and it just keeps getting better and better. We have always felt welcomed from the start and enjoy the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Great coffee, and great wine!
We have tried their new menu recently and it is delicious. Varied menu to suit all during the day and high quality. Recommend!

The Bear Inn - Stock
16 The Square, Stock, IngatestoneThe food was delicious, unfortunately sat next to the door so lots of cold was coming in as people were coming and going. May be a better space for a smaller group of people so no one is sat at the doorway. Would definitely go back, just ask for a better spot if it's a large group again.

The Star Inn
45 High St, IngatestoneThe food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The garden area is lovely, perfect for enjoying a sunny day, though seating is limited, so it can be hard to get a spot when the weather’s nice. The view of the nearby church was also very nice .
Service was a bit hit-or-miss, mostly due to younger staff who seemed a little inexperienced … a few small things were forgotten, but nothing that spoiled the overall meal.
Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and the setting. Would definitely come back!

72 High St, IngatestoneThe best Indian in town and maybe even Essex! Have both eaten in and take away and the food every time is fantastic. The service is outstanding with the staff being extremely friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Stock Rd, Stock, IngatestoneI've been here 2x with a large group and the food has been very good both times. A wait staff even remembered that one of our group was vegan and was able to recommend alternatives. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The Bell
The Bell, 55 High St, IngatestoneWe had a really lovely lunch yesterday with our non verbal son. We had such a warm welcome and so did our son with other members of the public making a point to say hello to him it was really amazing we felt at ease our son could happily stimmer and make his sounds while nobody stared or gave any funny looks.we just had smiles from the bar ladies so thank you. The lunch was superb we both had a chicken and bacon sandwich the food was really fresh and warm. We can’t wait to come back with our daughter.

The Green, Blackmore, IngatestoneLovely food and good service. Loses one star for putting a wafer on my dessert after I informed them I am allergic to gluten due to coeliac disease. I had to check with them if it was gluten free and they told me it wasn't.

Greenwoods Hotel, Stock, IngatestoneThis is in the Greenwoids hotel and spa, but i believe you can go and eat there? The food was lovely and i had the best sticky toffee pudding i have ever had, and ive had a few! The portions were a good size and delicious. Staff were lovely too. Thank you for being part if our lovely day. They do a wonderful sfternoon tea too.

Mill Green Rd, IngatestoneFirst visit here but definitely not the last, lovely pub in a lovely area.
The food was excellent and was served by a young lady called Isobel who was extremely polite and helpful.
My wife is coeliac and so requires a gluten free diet they had a few dishes but could expand their gluten free options, will definitely be returning
