Antica Roma
14 North St, RochfordWe went there on valentines night for our daughter’s birthday with her 5 week old baby. They were very accommodating of the pram , it’s the second time we have been and as before the service and food was excellent. I had the calves liver for my main and it’s was delicious. Looking forward to our next visit

Munch King
Golden Cross Parade, Ashingdon Rd, RochfordThis is our favourite local chippy! The chips are our favourite style of chips for fish & chips and the fish is always well fried and delicious. The staff are friendly and the prices are really reasonable. Good range of options like saveloy and fishcakes etc. They now take card too which is useful, but there are also cash machines around the corner if you need them

Upper Crust
8 North Street, RochfordDefinitely the best food and vibe of any bakery in the local area. Service always comes with a smile, and the staff always make you feel welcome. Always have to take some school cake for my dad (his favourite!), and the toast is buttered to absolute perfection

Greggs
12 West Street, RochfordI often use this Greggs as a pitstop during my cycle rides. The meal deals offer outstanding value, and the staff are consistently amazing. If there were a bit of space for seating, it would be absolutely perfect.

Cock Inn
Hall Road, RochfordWe popped here for dinner last night with my children. My son has high care needs, profound autism and non-verbal so we struggle to find places that accommodate his needs. The staff and in particular, the waitress we had assigned to our table named Sue, were amazing. Sue found us a table away from the hustle and bustle and without us asking. She did this after spotting my son’s sunflower lanyard and realising he was becoming overwhelmed at the original table they had assigned to us. The food was lovely and it is the first time we have been able to eat out with our son and feel his needs have been fully understood. Thank you so much.

The Square Coffee Co.
8 West St, RochfordFirst time visiting today. They had no gluten free bread as it was their first day back from holiday and it had not been delivered. Did this mean I had to go out (as other cafes have done)? No! A member of staff asked me what gf bread I like and went off to Sainsbury's to get it for me. She came back with a selection! Now THAT is customer service!
My poached egg on gf toast was lovely. Everything was clean and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Highly recommended
Dietary restrictions: Catered for my gluten free requirements (see above).

Lin Lam
Golden Cross Parade, Ashingdon Rd, RochfordHad a takeaway recently whilst visiting family. Best chop suey I've had, all the veg was fresh and crunchy, the rice noodles were good too. 6 of us all enjoyed what we had ordered. Tastes more home made and fresh compared to a lot of other Chinese meals I've had elsewhere in the past.

Rochford Takeaway
36-36A, 36 West St, RochfordFantastic meal from Rochford Takeaway this evening!
It sounds dramatic to say we were blown away by how good it was, but honestly it was the best pizza. The toppings were so fresh, juicy and tasty, the dough was fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Perfect.
We had chicken wings and a salad as sides. The wing coating was crispy & delicious and the chicken inside was moist. I love the salads you get with a kebab, so crunchy & fresh, and this was exactly what we had tonight.
Thank you so much for a great meal and fast, friendly delivery. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
