Had a nice meal cod and chips, pub grub and a lot of it. Would like my chips cooked a bit more but that's personal preference. Very friendly pub and we were well looked after and it's dog friendly too. A nice outside area and a pool table inside should you wish.

We had a lovely meal at this old pub. My daughter & I had the steak & kidney pudding, which was delicious. Food was hot & well cooked. The pub was friendly and welcoming. The chef came out to ask if everything with our meal was ok. Would definitely recommend.

After a bank holiday walk we popped in for some lunch. The staff were friendly and the burger was one of the best I’ve had.
If I’m out walking this way again I will definitely make it my lunchtime stop.
