I came here on a Saturday afternoon after seeing the positive reviews on Google so planned a dog walk beginning at the pub walking to Donnington and back. I really enjoyed the whole experience at The Fox Inn. It's a cosy place and was full of people when I arrived (it's clearly popular which isn't surprising). The staff were lovely and very attentive. Had Sunday lunch here with friends and had a fantastic time. The pub retains all its historical character in the most idyllic of village settings. I had venison which was absolutely delicious with a pint of Donnington Gold. Staff were impeccably attentive and friendly. I won’t hesitate to come back here, just wish my local pub was this good I’d be there every week!
