They've always got a really good selection of craft ales, but for me, I find it uncomfortable drinking there. But I like to pop in now and again. I have heard the Sunday Roast is worth trying. ?
Another great Sunday lunch cooked to perfection full of flavour and big portions great rhubarb crumble at a great price the waitresses are friendly and do a great job and also the pianist

Found this hidden gem of a pub whilst waiting for the train.A selection of nine beers were available for prices between £3.80 and £4.60.Beer in good condition too.Shame I wasn't around on a Sunday, as the Sunday Lunch menu looks good for £11 for two courses, £12 for three.Worth a visit if in Stroud and you enjoy a great pint of real ale, cider, or perry!
