Enjoyable culinary experience. Really interesting and fun ways to plate and serve food. 8 course dinner with sake pairing. Our favourites were Otto and wagyu.Service was lovely and swift. I had the thirteen courses with sake pairing and it was an amazing experience. The service, the knowledge of both the food and the sake, the food itself and the way it was served and presented were all five stars. Can’t understand why the restaurant wasn’t busier.
Some of the most amazing food one can imagine. Delicious, amazing flavours and textures. Great seasonal presentation. Attentive and lovely lady running front of house. Honestly some of the best food I have ever had and with the sake pairing (not necessary) it made a very good experience. However the bulding / facilities are not great, Which is a shame when you pay so much for a meal.
