Really enjoy visiting this pub, the food menu changes every few months and there are always good options on it. Comfortable place to eat a meal and the garden is nice in the summer. Very dog friendly and they also look after you well. Dropped in for a meal last night and the manager thought that the salad we ordered wasn’t big enough so brought a second one!
It was the first time we had been to the Gardeners Arms for a long time, we were amazed at what had been done, and the food and service were excellent and we had a bonus because it had a stake deal on a Thursday. Also we would like to say a exstra praise ? to the Shef ,we are now putting it down to our new place to

Called in for lunch yesterday and took advantage of the Thursday steak offer of a free starter and pudding. Our first time trying the flat iron steak. Great choice as it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked, tender and tasty with massive proper chips! The starters and puddings were first class. We both said it was one of the best meals we had had in a long time and a bargain as well. All staff were friendly and welcoming. We can highly recommend.
