Emsworth Yacht Harbour, Thorney Rd, EmsworthI would really recommend The Deck for a ligh lunch or breakfast. Service by the manager was great, and this was reflected by the bustle on a Monday morning. Sandwich melts were excellent. We'd definitely come back.

I loved the pancakes with berries and pink hot chocolate, while my friend enjoyed waffles with bacon and eggs. The quirky touches—like the retro café bus and on-site florist—make it extra special. Free parking is a bonus. A must-visit in Emsworth! Karen, Katy, Sophie and Sam were really wonderful and helped enjoying the experience.

Food arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious. Really couldn't fault it. Cooked to perfection and plenty of it!!. Girl behind the bar was lovely, polite, helpful. Tried to get us some information but unfortunately couldn't whizzing us just one if those things. Certainly not her fault. All in all a very pleasant experience

It changes with the seasons with a big emphasis on local ingredients. The wine list is reasonably priced but never disappoints with many hand picked gems. The Woodmancote Pub, Woodmancote Ln, Woodmancote, EmsworthFirst time visiting today. Warmly welcomed and shown directly to outer table for 7. Excellent, friendly service from young staff. Sunday roasts all round. Generous portions and all tasted great. One of the better pub roasts I've had. They do a smaller roast which is still a good size. Highly recommended.

47 South St, EmsworthWe visited the restaurant for our wedding anniversary. It was our first time and we did not really know what to expect. On a sunny Saturday lunch time in August we thought that the place would be full, judging by the amount of positive reviews written about it. It wasn't. We were the first people in and by the time we left much later, only another three tables were occupied. Let's talk about the good bits first. The food was faultless, well presented, cooked and seasoned. We had chosen the "a la carte" menu and, not being big eaters this was just right for us. Nice touches with the "amuse-bouche" which were not expected and complimentary. The service was also faultless. We were given the right kind of attention throughout our meal. Now the "not so good" bits. There was no atmosphere to speak of, regardless of the fact that all the tables were close, too close. Giving each one a little bit of extra room would be a good idea. There was an extensive use of flowers on our plates. Is the chef trying too hard ? Three different types of butter served. too much ! We left the restaurant the best part of £200 poorer for two of us, without "going mad"" on the alcohol ( one glass of wine each) and the chef did not even come out of his kitchen to introduce himself ! Would we go back ? The jury is out on this one.

Selling papers, cards, some wines. Coffee and lovely local homemade cakes.
Great to drop in for coffee and cake whilst shopping and relax. Recommended.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the cafe is very dog friendly! \nThere is seating indoors, outdoors and in a ‘pod’ at the rear. \nGets busy for good reason and you might have to wait for a table at busy times. I think the longest we had to queue was about 10 mins on a busy weekend lunchtime. \nWould recommend.\n(Photo not mine as I forgot to take one!)

I have no criticism with the food or service but, they really need to update their website. They offer free delivery if order is over £18 & in a 3 mile radius but don't, because it's an old website. Delivery cost isn't much, but that's not the point. They also have an option to offer feedback, but it doesn't work ? Apart from that, I was very happy with my food ☺️

On the evening of 30/7/25 have to mention Reece who served our table of 5, the service given I would challenge if you could find better. The Flint Barn, South St, EmsworthAlways a great place to come for an ice-cream. It's location right by the millpond is perfect and just the right place to buy an ice-cream and then stoll around the walls.
It's always busy but in a good way. Yes, you have to queue on a sunny day but it's worth it.
There is some outside seating. They also do hot food and rolls.

Overall - a positive experience.
The three for £15 range of starters was well received by our party - we can particularly recommend the whitebait.
The main courses were also pleasing in terms of quality and portion size, though prices were not particularly cheap. What was pleasing - however - was the pub's effort to mix pub classics with gastropub options. Something for everyone, I feel.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere was jovial.
