We were down from up north to visit family with no prior knowledge of the area, liked the look of this place on line so booked for lunch. Cant fault anything, staff,food,service all 10/10 so good to find a great place to eat. Well done to all involved great time was had by all

Had a really enjoyable meal here on Saturday evening. Busy, with a great atmosphere of locals drinking at the bar and guests like us who’d come from further afield for the much lauded food. Defo be back!

An excellent pub, with good beer at a reasonable price. The car park is very handy, and the staff welcoming. The fourth Sunday of every month has a very friendly open mic from 6pm. Highly recommended.

Ordered ice cream and came out melted.
Apparently the freezer was broke so they served us melted ice creme. Place is nice though nice garden. Swing is broken so maybe some things are lacking in management?
