Longhouse Ln, Poulton-le-FyldeWe came to have lunch as we rarely get a day together (without the kids) as my husband works away. We got there at 12, warm welcome from staff and ordered some drinks. \n\nWe both ordered a steak, (me 5oz fillet - medium and my husband 12oz Ribeye - medium) firstly my husband asked for some vinegar but when he poured it onto his chips it was gloopy and looked off… his chips were replaced straight away! Then he cut into his steak and it was well done, no pink in sight… so we sent it back and it was once again replaced with no issues. Food was beautiful in the end, it was just unfortunate that he was waiting for his new steak while I ate mine. \n\nWhen we asked for the bill the waiter (Lee) very kindly spoke to the chef and took my husbands £38 steak OFF the bill. Such a lovely gesture. \n\nApart from a few hiccups it was a lovely lunch so thank you!

I felt right at home. The food was superb like something i’ve never had before. I can’t wait to return to Dalvee’s! 10/10

2 Vicarage Rd, Poulton-le-FyldeMy partner and i came to eat last night, it was very busy and we weren’t booked in- however the boss i assume managed to fit us in very kindly. Whilst we were awaiting our table we were served by a lovely young gentleman on the bar - let me point out there staff are mostly made up of teenagers yet they are very professional, attentive and well trained. \n\nBefore writing this i noticed a poor review for this restaurant… something along the lines that the staff were chatting as it wasn't busy? Wouldn’t you want the staff to be relaxed rather then than uptight, at the end of the day they are people not robots.\n\nAnyway, we had a great chat with the barman who was clearly very busy with lots of orders, but managed to make us feel welcome - despite him being alone on the bar serving numerous other people.\n\nWe got taken to our table after a short 5-10 minute wait and the restaurant opens up to a nice open space with a great atmosphere! Whilst we were there, there were numerous birthday celebrations in which the whole restaurant joined in on which was lovely to see. \n\nWe were served by a couple of different waiters who were all professional, kind and well dressed. Food came quickly and was piping hot! You don't usually get that in many restaurants round here.\n\nFood was delicious easily 10/10 \n\nAtmosphere was great, some big parties can be loud but thats out of the restaurants control…\n\nAnd the service was the highlight of the show!\n\nThank you Bistro Italia, would definitely recommend!

8A Breck Rd, Poulton-le-FyldeWe were looking for good pizza while on holiday and this did not disappoint..... tasty toppings, perfectly cooked pizza and some of the best cooked takeaway chips we've had in a long time. Gutted you are now 3 hours drive away, will be back next time we're in the area. Had soo much pizza we ate it cold for breakfast and it tasted just as good as warm.

Excellent friendly helpful staff, beautiful wine, and amazing hot tasty food enough to feed a small army - ( we ended up taking some ) We would all highly recommend dining at Suda Thai and we will definitely be back. The New Penny Of Poulton
2-4A, Tithebarn St, Poulton-le-FyldeCame for Sunday breakfast whilst visiting the area. Shaun was very welcoming and made us feel at ease as it was our first time here. He took our order very promptly and even double checked he put through the right amount of drinks for us as we ordered 4 drinks and there was 5 of us. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Food was excellent, easy parking right outside. Will be back every time we are visiting now.

The staff are so lovley, the prices are amazing for the quality and of course the food is delicious. The best part of it is the gluten free menu which is taken very seriously to make sure you can have a great experience. These are the best chips I've ever had from a fish and chip shop. 100 percent recommended if your in the area xx

Unit Y3, Beacon Rd, Poulton-le-FyldeI have got my meals off fortitude for my past 2 pro boxing camps. I love the Chinese prawns & noodles that’s my fav healthy meal. All round it’s spot on and not just plain meals, I actually look forward to eating them. My favourite of all is the snacks I get which is the over night oats which can be mars, Oreo or the chocolate or white brownies!! Well Worth the money & time you save just makes it so much easier

4 Queensway, Poulton-le-FyldeVery nice cod, chips and mushy peas small meal, complete with a slice of bread and butter and black coffee. Really good value at £10 for the lot. Proper chips! Ate in the room behind the chippy, which is surprisingly spacious, and well ventilated. Excellent, friendly service. I will certainly return here when the opportunity arises.

Gochu Restaurant and Bar
3 Ball St, Poulton-le-FyldeBooked well in advance to ensure I could hold my husband's 40th birthday here as it's one of our favourite restaurants! I secretly booked 6 spaces for the table, my husband only knew of his sister and partner coming, what he didn't know is his parents were travelling all the way from Australia and I put this in the details of the booking at Gotchu. Gotchu staff were amazing!!! Table set for six and we brushed it off as a mistake, 4 menus laid out and then my husband's sister, partner and parents appeared and boy was he shocked! Hats off to the staff that kept up the act, and the food was phenomenal, everyone enjoyed it. We were served by JJ who was outstanding in terms of manners and nothing being too much trouble, certainly a staff member to be proud of and an asset to Gotchu. The singing of happy Birthday from the whole team and the ice cream dessert with a candle was a treat none of us were expecting, really lovely touch. Thank you again Gotchu, we'll be back ?

Golden Ball Hotel
1 Ball St, Poulton-le-FyldeSadly we had to attend the local crematorium for a funeral but afterwards the wake was held at this venue. The food was fab, the staff were lovely and looked after us very well and sensitively. Having a sectioned off area for our party worked really well. A lovely pub all round, nice and cosy and tastefully trimmed up for Christmas. Thanks to all the team looking after us and making the day run smoothly!

We found Rico's and explained the situation and they seated us and brought us The Best example of Italian Food we've had in a long time.
Service was Amazing as was the food and Prices whuch were very reasonable. A Jewel in Lancashire that has to be visited. We can't thank them enough for such great service. We'll be back. Great Italian ? ❤️

The landlord was a lovely chap , very friendly , made all in the pub feel at home . Was a quiet afternoon as was 2:30 pm but still regulars coming in . The food was made fresh , big portions and very tasty, the place my friend wanted to eat was now down the list as this place was a good 10 out of 10

Pudding chips peas and gravy were just as I remembered absolutely superb. Fish and peas for my other half were stunning too. The young lady and gentleman who served were really friendly, and large portions served with a smile.

The landlord was a lovely chap , very friendly , made all in the pub feel at home . Was a quiet afternoon as was 2:30 pm but still regulars coming in . The food was made fresh , big portions and very tasty, the place my friend wanted to eat was now down the list as this place was a good 10 out of 10

Great food, great value and friendly, helpful team.
Family of 7 (including kids, grandparents, wheelchair and 2 dogs!) Seated comfortably outside at 2 tables and chairs. (Plenty of seating inside for wet weather days!)
Fish was perfectly cooked, with the best crispy golden batter. Chips, just right. According to teens, the cheesey chips and chicken nuggets were great. Even the cup of tea was good.
The team were helpful and friendly, and even brought out a bowl of water for the dogs.
Coming from the coast, we set a high standard for fish and chips, and these would be hard to beat!
