264 Burnley Rd, Rawtenstall, RossendaleWe hadn't been to Kashmir for a while, and went last night. Everything was 10/10. They have a good selection of vegetarian/vegan to choose from. The healthier option is a great addition. My partner really enjoyed the lamb Shashlik. Thank you.

7 Bank St, Rawtenstall, RossendaleFood is great, just wish it was open for dinner...I just find it strange they shut at 6.15 that's tea time! Why do chippies shut so early? Get home from work and fancy a chippy and it's closed all the time. I have to go to Flax Moss instead 95% of the time

The first time I come I had the chicken and hampi of which was delicious with mashed potato and today when I came I had chicken goujons to start and à salt and pepper chicken pizza which was delicious, nicely cooked and the pizza was sliced which is rare, bonus points there.
A nice relaxed atmosphere, unfortunately I had big foot arrive and sit next to my table and he just proceeded to burp loudly and not even think he was doing anything wrong, other than that I had a lovely meal and relaxing evening... Bar the one burping clientele.

Garlic bread with cheese and pesto: great!
Soup as a main: delicious and a good cost-effective choice. Soup presented well with great texture and flavour; Turkish bread on the side worked well.
Other guests spoke highly of their mains too. Namely, carbonara, chicken skewers, sea bass was especially good.
Nice chill atmosphere, wasn’t too busy at the time, aircon available, nice cushioned seats (worth a mention!). Perhaps too-attentive staff although better than the flipside!
Pricey and nicey, would return.

Julie's Sandwich Shop
550 Burnley Rd, Crawshawbooth, RossendaleMe and my husband love coming to Julie’s sandwich shop for our lunch break from work! They are always polite, food is prepared in front of you so you know it’s prepared in cleanliness. Also I went in today for a small buffet to which they are catered for at such last minute! The buffet food was amazing we all enjoyed it, the kids all got their own kids boxes which was packed with food and activities. Could not recommend more. Thank you ladies.

91 Bank St, Rawtenstall, RossendaleCool and quirky, cheap and great tasting coffee. They offer their own brand of coffee beans, which is nice. There is not much to choose from on the food menu, but what is available is always fresh and tasty. I'm not so keen on the number of dogs they allow in. Can't quite manoeuvre around in case I stand on a dogs paw. Totally understand why they do this, but it's not for me.

The Whitchaff Inn
371 Bury Rd, Rawtenstall, RossendaleAs always, this restaurant offers a 5-star experience. The staff are always really welcoming and really attentive without being over bearing. The place is cosy with an open fire and a layout that gives everyone so e privacy.\n\nThe food is amazing, The Whitchaff does the best cheese pie I've ever tasted, which makes it hard to chose between that and the steak and stilton pie which is also incredible. The butchers board as a sharing platter is also one of the greatest things I've ever tasted, full of a selection of amazing foods.\n\nCan't fault this place at all, love it and keep going back even though it's a good 15 mile drive!!!

Blossom Restaurant & Takeaway
13 Bacup Rd, RossendaleOur go-to in the valley. Lovely customer service and speedy work on food. I want to mention staff accidentally mixed up our order with another during a busy period so no fault of their own, but they were very kind to refund us. They recognise our name when we order and even have provided free delivery too. We will stay loyal customers. Decent grub, service, and genuinely the best takeaway in Rawtenstall. I’d recommend here 100%.

OMG, this was the best so far, infact I rang them back to congratulate them..... delivered in a good time, still very hot, Chips excellent, burgers, outstanding....Well done Rio's.....????????

The Blind Tiger Rawtenstall
1 Brook St, RossendaleCame here as part of a birthday pub crawl and had a fab night. The atmosphere is great and outside tables have heat lamps above them which was a huge plus. Drinks were great but on the more expensive side, between our group of 8 we spent a small fortune (was well worth the 50p-£1 extra per drink to sit in a nice place). Ended up staying here most of the night thanks to the AMAZING customer service from Jason who really made the evening for us all and was super helpful, polite and charismatic! He was absolutely above and beyond !! Overall a great place with great staff, would recommend.

The Firepit Restaurant & Cocktail Bar (Rawtenstall)
Station House, New Hall Hey Rd, Rawtenstall, RossendaleOur evening at The Firepit was exceptional from start to finish. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Kyle the manager. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and due to having the grandchildren, we had been thoughtfully placed in the conservatory away from the bar area. We enjoyed the steak on a rock and the kebab, both were cooked to perfection and the aromas were unreal.The mocktails were refreshing and beautifully presented. A special thanks to the team and Kyle, the manager whose attentive and friendly presence made our grandchildren feel especially welcome and our grandson felt extra special on his birthday. Truly a five-star experience in every way.

Haslingden Rd, Rawtenstall, RossendaleI dont usually always go to the mcdonalds itself i usually get delivery food of it. But whenever I got there its amazing 100% fantastic fries. But the sad thing is that the lil play place outside its always hardly open. Good thing they are maybe opening it a couple times as much as possible. Its great there. Never doubted it
