We decided to visit the New Inn as we hadn’t been for a few months, and unfortunately came away a little disappointed. We checked the menu on line before we booked, but unfortunately it had been changed to the “Winter Menu” according to the staff, so our initial choices were not available. We went for the fish and chips, the fish was excellent but there were very few chips, which were not home made and a small pot of very watery mushy peas. Stopped in the village for the weekend...went there Fri/Sat/Sun.Ate there twice which was lovely but the thing that got my attention was the staff...so friendly and welcoming... definitely return...10/10.

Lovely little pub in a quiet little village. The service was great and the staff/owners were really friendly. We will definitely be coming back. Oh, and they're dog friendly too. Food was delicious.Parking: Plenty of room to park.
