Fabulous Sunday lunch ...impromptu visit ....we looked at the previous great tripadvisor reviews and thought The Crown looked like a pub we must visit ...following a beautiful walk with friends and our cocker spaniel puppy along the river towards Glasshouses...we called in and were not disappointed ....beautiful steak and ale pie and roast beef.....the cauliflower cheese was a delight and the chips fabulous.....very friendly and helpful staff...and the boys enjoyed a great pint...read full review

Just had a delicious Sunday lunch here. The food was tasty and the staff were friendly and attentive. There was also a really nice atmosphere and good value for money too. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped for breakfast.very good value.friendly welcome.lovely and clean and lots of interesting things to look at.walls decorated with an artists work.set in lovely little village.Toilets immaculately clean.will deffo go again.great job.
