The most amazing well priced lunch menu and pleasant dining experience. The food is excellent well cooked and truly delicious- so very much better than what is on offer a mile or so away in the eateries at Stoke Bruerne.

Visited for the first time and was not disappointed.

Great menu with a variety of pub classics, burgers, steaks and Thai cuisine.

Will definitely be recommending, just wear warm clothing as it’s a bit cold in there!

Service is exceptional. They really go out of their way to make you feel special. Excellent atmosphere in the restaurant. Food is very high quality and you won't be disappointed. Even the chutney tray is next level. Would come again gladly. They even light one of the curries on fire with whiskey. Big thanks to all the staff. Very impressed. Top job!

We visited on a Thursday evening at 6pm the place was busy and full of atmosphere. They found us a table for 2 and our dog. We had a lovely meal of Steak and Marmite and a Steak and Stilton pies. We stopped off on a long journey up North for an evening meal and a break from the drive. Well recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s my fourth visit and this time I dinned solo!
Wow so much food! Every dish was packed full of flavour. Highly recommended Michael, Isabella and Ryan were superb and service was second to none. Definitely has the feel of dining at Harrods or the Ritz ?? if your ever at whittlebury spa or golfing you need to check them out

Excellant roast 5* stunning!! Best i've ever had (we both had pork in the end) , excellant pate starter 5* really enjoyed it , although that amount of pate and chutney needs another piece of toasted bread, happens everywhere ive no idea why giving the bread in probably the cheapest bit of the dish ( however i refused to be beaten and just ate the pate and chutney on its own at it was so nice :) ) banoffee cheesecake was underwelming compared to other desserts i've had and tasted like frozen that had been defrosted although my wife thought it was lovely ( i have a major sweetooth so i think i'm right)
Staff were fairly good although we didnt get our cultlery for starter and i got the wrong main which i accepted as the option was to wait 10-15 mins while they prepared the chicken roast i ordered. ( i remember the young lad saying he should remember the starter and main order for just two people as he gave us our drinks to begin ( no glass offered with the bottle of cider until i asked so i would offer people the option as an improvment) ..2 pate, 1 roast pork, one roast chicken was the order but i still ended up with pork and then when it came and i pointed this out i was asked to confirm by the mamager id changed my mind and thats why it had been sent back, no id sent it back because i thought it was someone elses dinner and they had sent it to me while some poor chap on another table was staring at a chicken wondering where his crackling was. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the food and it was a lovely way to celebrate, ate too much as didn't want to leave any bit should have skipped dessert or had a different one and it was a struggle to walk home.:)

Fabulous place - we visited, table of 4 for dinner after travelling to stay for the Winter Go Karting weekend of racing.
We enjoyed the food, good selection of starters, mains, sides & desserts

Just stopped by for a quick drink whilst out in Towester with a friend. First time getting anything from here and I must say I enjoyed every sip! Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Also got to meet a couple of the local dogs who were walking past so that was a bonus!

This is a really nice pub.

We turned up at around 6.30 pm on Saturday night. Although it was very busy the friendly staff quickly found us a table.

The beer was superb. The food was first class. The prices are reasonable.

The pub was very busy with until the drag artist came on. The mic was so loud tables soon emptied and the place partially cleared due to the noise. It was very hard to hold a conversation over dinner due to the loud noise.

Apart from the noisy environment this pub is recommended for beer and food.

I have literally just ordered food for delivery, I haven’t even finished eating it yet but it’s so good. All the food is amazing. I’m very happy considering that it was a food delivery.
