5 of us arrived for my friends 80th birthday lunch. Had a lovely meal with wine and we brought our own cake which the staff helped us to surprise our Friend. We all had a lovely afternoon. So my partner and i were staying at Slayley hall. They were useless for helping us get a dinner reservation. We chose the nearby pub and it was an absolute treat. The effort they put in to dinner and service was amazing. We had a really gorgeous meal and will go back there in a heartbeat if we are in the area. Very well priced, very friendly.
