Dolce Vita

We had a nice evening (7pm) meal, the staff and service were great, left you alone to get on with your conversation and food but were present if you needed anything.
Food was nice and portions generous.
I would say I think it may be a good idea to limit small children to daytime only and look in to fixing all the wobbly uneven tables rather than shoving folded napkins under them, there were 3 just in the small part we were sat in.
I would recommend and visit again.

Peking Chef

Every meal is an experience. And that is worth every penny I have spent here. My favourite dish? Singapore Fried Rice. A Masterpiece, work of art. Amazing service too. I couldn't recommend this place enough 10/10, every-time!!

Burford Road Fish Bar

Great food. Had the Donner kebab and chicken kebab with salad and pitta, chips and curry sauce. Tasty meat, good sauces, and good texture on the chips - not soggy at all even after a 10 minute drive. Better price than other places too. 10/10

Golden Eagle

I love the golden eagle! the bar staff are always friendly and the drinks are super cheap but amazing. They also have an app you can use to order to your table. sometimes it does take a while. The food is also very good and cheap.

Carterton Fish & Chips Shop

Love love love this place! You get a bang for your buck, the portion sizes are huge! And for such a small price! It's crazy, the location is convenient and the food it always cooked perfectly and the right temperature. They're always generous with the salt and vinegar exactly how I like it! Super kind and friendly staff. Out of all fish and chips shops local this is my number 1

The Siege Of Orleans

Absolutely brilliant staff with a wealth of knowledge to cater to a customer's taste and odd request for an "off the menu" drink. Absolutely nailed it with "The Sour" long drink while as there wasn't a sour pint available on draught. The member of staff went above and beyond. Promote this man!
Hopefully the Siege has some more draught sour drinks available soon ?

Grapes and Tomatoes Trading Co.

Absolutely great atmosphere and extremely friendly environment. The venue is very popular and gets busy, making it feel cramped. But this does not distract from the vibe and enjoyment.
I would recommend getting taking a night of it.

Fast food establishments are within a short walk for food.

BABA'S KEBABS

tried their Chicken Doner - it was absolutely fantastic! The flavors were spot on, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. What really stood out to me was their homemade chili sauce. It was indeed hot, just the way I like it, adding a perfect kick to the meal. The atmosphere was very friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great kebab spot!

So when my partner visits we get a takeaway. In 10 days stay here we have ordered 3 times, the Tikka Masala Is the best I have ever tasted we just cant get enough it's amazing, quality Is always spot on lovely popadom pickle and salad selection complimenting main course 1000 stars if possible.

Costa Coffee

Pleased to find a Costa open early in the middle of nowhere.

Really well presented and impeccably clean cafe, loo and serving area.

We used to come here all the time when we lived in the area, the food is lovely and the staff are amazing. It's a shame we are rarely in the area and able to eat!

Bilash

We stayed just outside their delivery radius, but I'm glad we did because i got to visit them at their premises. Very clean and efficient looking. Staff were fantastic and the food was prepared exactly on time, if not a bit sooner. Extremely good tasty food too. My wife is Chinese and very picky when it comes to Asian foods, she said it was the best Indian style food she has ever had!! Thank you Bilash.

Hoofs

We visit HOOFS regularly as its round the corner from work. The staff are always very friendly and always happy to take our order over the phone for collection. We love the food from HOOFS and we order weekly if not more than that. The salad bowls are delicious.\n\nGreat team and always chatty!! Great value for money :)

Mohan Tandoori Take Away

I tried mohan this week after only having Bilash since I moved here, but have found recently the quality & taste wasn’t as good as it used to be & all I can say is I wish I’d tried it sooner.. it was absolutely delicious & just how a curry should be .. unfortunately I’m moving away from the area soon but until I go this is definitely going to be my go to Indian takeaway.. 10/10

Ordered over the phone for delivery and spoke to a polite lady, so I was already at ease. My order arrived to my address fifteen minutes later, perfect to the order, hot and delicious, with a smile from the deliveryman. Very pleased and will order again ?

Domino's Pizza - Carterton

I'm a regular at Dominoes and each experience has been pretty good. Friendly and efficient staff, the service is fast. This time, the pizza I received was fantastic and exceptional! It was very, very cheesy and deliciously. That's exactly what i wanted. I ordered a large margarita with extra cheese and I was not disappointed. I recommend using the lunch time deal for a large pizza with one topping for £6.99 before 4 pm. It's available daily. In this case, my extra topping was cheese. Just check out my pizza! I almost forgot to take the photo, hence why one slice is missing.

Parking: Spaces available in front of the shop. Can be busy Saturday and Sundays.

Food is always excellent, in all the years i have been buying from Soross I have never had a bad meal. This will have been for at least 12 years now, almost certainly longer. Food is fresh, the place is spotless. Delivery was always excellent. Sadly I fall outside their delivery area now, but I will still go for pick up. Highly recommend.

Medina Grill | Carterton

I was in Carterton and just stopped on the off chance, grabbed a kebab to stuff my face in the car before driving home but what a pleasant surprise.The food was really nice, meat was well cooked. The salad was a nice addition rather than a bucket load dumped on top to make up the bulk.Priced well, tasted delicious and overall a great little find.
