A really lovely pub with rooms. Smart rooms with comfortable bed and nice and warm. Great breakfast and good service all round. I dropped a star as the bar area was chilly. The log fire was kept low I think to accommodate tables. Excellent food in a lovely environment. Such a lovely pretty village too. The meal are very reasonably priced . The staff are lovely and friendly. Its become our default pub lunch venue.

Amazing service and great food! We booked a table for Valentine’s Day and really enjoyed the cosy feel of this place. The food was amazing and reasonably priced! The waiter was also very helpful and friendly. I’d recommend to anyone who wants to stop by for a drink or a meal. Lovely
