7 Castle St, BallycastleAn outstanding bakery. The bakery items all looked delicious. The bakery itself was beautiful, and there is a very nice nice café upstairs called Sandy’s Café which serves full breakfast in addition to baked goods starting at 8 am. Friendly and efficient service. I had a scrumptious apple cinnamon scone.

5 Castle St, BallycastleGot two doner on naan bread, nan was homemade so not the shop bought stuff and was simple but really lovely, chilli sauce very hot(what I like) doner meat was lovely also, not the best I’ve had but spot on, would I eat out of here again? Definitely I will, the reviews I read online were very mixed so I wasn’t expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised, definitely a satisfied customer

Famous for Episode 1 of Game of Thrones. The Iron Islands with its harbour and dramatic rocks.
If you have not been here. You don't know what youbare missing. Its a memory to take home with you forever..
No Internet so it's a CASH only cafe, not because of anything sidewards. Just ZERO phone signal for a card machine.
They will take cash, euros and pay pal.

5 Market St, BallycastleOnly had drinks in the bar and must say they were reasonably priced and the prosecco was ice cold and one of the nicest I've had. My husbands guinness was lovely as well he said. Next time we are in ballycastle we will book a meal upstairs. Toilets spotless and just a really nice visit.

I am really fussy with coffee andy flat white was stunning.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are just as lovely as the food and drinks. They’re friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home.
This café is a real gem—I can’t recommend it enough for anyone who appreciates delicious food, exceptional coffee, and a genuinely welcoming vibe

53 Castle St, BallycastleThis is the restaurant I frequent the most, together with the Salthouse. What makes Anzacs so special is that not only is the food of high standard, the staff are simply fabulous. Service is done with a smile and nothing is too much to ask for. On the night we went, the manager was suffering badly from a sore back but still he would be professional, delivering a delightful service ensuring that the guests had a brilliant time. Absolutely wonderful place.

Service was so great, it was so clearly a family run establishment from people who really cared to serve great food. Pretty sure I saw Al (Alicia) in the kitchen which made me love the place even more. Would come again! Also the garlic mayo was to die for.

74 Castle St, BallycastleFood was pretty wholesome. The only issue I had was the chilly oil I asked for. I was charged £1.50 for a tub, which is ok in principle but contained 85% oil. Once I siphoned off the oil to get to the chilly grains there was hardly anything in the tub, so this felt quite mean-spirited way of serving chilly oil. It's a bog standard accompaniment in Chinese restaurants and one would expect 15% oil not the other way round. For what I was given 20p would be more appropriate.

3A Coleraine Rd, BallycastleNormally my wife and I drive up from Belfast and go to Mortons. My brother in law recommended Brannigans as a change, we've been going to Mortons for years. Thought we would give it a try, the fish was great, good portions and quite a bit cheaper than Mortons plus we were served and out the door in 10 mins.The service was good as the girl behind the counter was friendly and polite. Definitely recommend.
