Woodside Farm And Coffee Shop
Kinloss, ForresI attended this real gem of a Moray Farmshop , with our Men's Group (our experience 16), today.
I just want to say how pleasant our visit was. The selection of soups and sandwiches were outstanding, with a great selection of sandwiches .
The staff were so pleasant and considerate towards our elderly group.
The entire experience was second to none and we would highly recommend a visit all including children.
Thank you to them for making our visit so nice.

The Carisbrooke
The Carisbrooke, Drumduan Rd, ForresStayed three nights on a business trip. The accommodation is basic but very comfortable. Somewhere to hang clothes would be nice. The bathroom facilities appeared to be recently refurbed and were top notch. The shower was excellent. And the food. Because this was a business trip I was out a lot but did have one dinner and one breakfast. Both were piping hot and absolutely delicious. I stayed previously in this place nearly thirty years ago when the current owner's grandparents ran the business. All I can say is that standards have not diminished. Would definitely recommend,

69-71 High St, ForresWe've two toy poodles , there was a sign on the cafe window saying that dogs are welcome,
When we step into the cafe immediately we were made very welcome, we were given a table and a menu, the place is spotlessly clean,
The menu has a good selection of food, something for everyone children, teenagers and adults .oh not forgetting their full range of yummy home baking cakes,
Prices is very reasonable.

Field of Dreams, The Park, 404, Findhorn, ForresA relaxing, well presented and cosy B&B, in a beautiful location with very accommodating hosts. Marie is lovely and we loved her 'Spanish porridge'. It was a privilege to stay here with my auntie this summer - we will absolutely be back!

The Cafe at Logie Steading
Logie Steading, ForresHad the Cullen skink special on Saturday and it was one of the nicest meals I've had in a long long time. Came up to try John's Award Winning Cullen Skint but along with the special ravioli it was absolutely first class. Will definitely be coming back would recommend it 100.%

Grant Park Kiosk, ForresOur girls really fancied an ice cream. so a wee search on Google and this was one of the first places that popped up. The ice cream was so delicious and the price was really reasonable as well if we are back up this way again we will definitely come back.

The bar team were welcoming and made the extra effort to make sure we got a meal and a couple of drinks. We enjoyed the salmon menu option which was excellent.

50 High St, ForresI was Terrified making this order as my last order was so offputing, To say the least I was surprised by the Increase of quality In the Chicken Pakora It wasn't just Chicken Painted Red like everywhere else in town, The Donner Meat was also surprisingly good. Although I'm still never ordering anything that I would normally have salad with just to be on the safe side. Takeaway Salad can't be trusted.

Brodie, By ForresWe love to visit here when in the area. We brought a beautiful Steiff bear for our son when he was born from here, many years on we had returned and brought him another!
The shop has plenty of things to look at and buy if you wish from cheese, drinks, sweets. Kitchen utensils, ornaments and clothes to name a few.
We used the cafe and the food and drinks were excellent.
On our way out, there seemed to be some sort of MP or upper management visiting so all staff we attending to this.

39 High St, ForresAfter being shut out of 4 other restaurants in the area we were a little surprised to see only one other pair of diners when we sat down. But starting with the very generous and authentic papadam that came with 4 very tasty toppings to the superb palak paneer we were very impressed with the presentation, amount and flavours of all our food. Bonus- we spent less than most of our meals so far in Scotland!

143 High St, ForresSpeedy pepper has always been one of my favourites but recently started coming more frequently and it's better than I remember, their food is so good every time and the atmosphere is amazing.Recently introduced my girlfriend to speedy pepper and she agrees that it's some of the best pizza and chips cheese and curry sauce like we got tonight and tonight's has been the best she's had.They definitely go above and beyond when it comes to both food and service I would highly recommend them.

149 High St, ForresGreat kebab shop in Forres - visited last night as my normal takeaway is closed. I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty the lamb Donner was, not at all fatty and spiced really well. Portion sizes were generous and not one complaint with the whole meal.To be honest I really enjoyed my Kebab, Chips and Cheese and cost £20 for a meal for two, definitely will visit again.
