Everything is very delicious, and the best thing is the people who face the public, if you come from outside do not hesitate to ask about the multiple flags on the map, discover it yourself. The haggies are delicious, by the way.

Station Rd, Fort AugustusOne of the reasons we returned to Fort Augustus was to revisit Beaumont House. Sam is a lovely front of house host and honestly, the pizzas are amazing. Not your usual run of the mill fare. A little Scottish flair added makes a big difference. If you’re heading this way book a table!

The Inch Hotel
Fort Augustus, Inverness-shiregorgeous building, in stunning location, views over Loch Ness are splendid . very pleasant staff. breakfast ok but could be more generous. rooms need updated, freshened up a bit but overall a pleasant stay apart from the radiator needing bled of air, not ideal in cooler weather.

Canal Side, Fort AugustusAbsolutely fantastic. Highly recommended. Little canalside takeaway about 100 yards up side of the canal from the main road. Before going anywhere else, try this place you wont be disappointed. The fish we order was a gorgeous thick piece and very tasty. Super friendly owner. Get yourselves down to this shop.
