We had Jack as our server who has a wicked sense of humor who took amazing care of us. Alphie the owner who would be amazing to work with also tended to us. The food was beyond our expectations in the best way. This was the happiest accident we could ever have had. Can’t wait to come back on our next Scotland adventure!

We were looking for somewhere to have lunch in Inverness after finding out that Rocpool was closed. We definitely fell on our feet finding this wee gem. \nDespite not having a reservation we were given a lovely table for two at the window. \nThe haggis Bon Bon’s and salmon skewer starters were both delicious. \nMy husband then had the venison burger which he said was one of the best burgers he’d had anywhere, while I had the prawn and salmon linguine which was generous to say the least. \nMy husband had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert (amazing) while I had a Bakewell tart shot which was dangerous as it didn’t taste of alcohol despite the amount in it! \nThe service was friendly and attentive. \nCan’t recommend highly enough. Many thanks!

Best restaurant in Inverness, hands down. Lovely dishes, with mouth watering surprises. Lovely wine list and even a whisky list with decent priced glasses you do not drink everyday. My wife and I caught them on a bad night. Our service was inconsistent, at best. More frustrating for us - we watched three couples arrive after us, but get food service long before us. One of those couples was served dessert before we received our main courses. And we ordered the special. It took about 20 minutes after we finished dessert before we found a member of the wait staff to request our check. We waited another 10 minutes for someone to come by so we could actually pay the bill. Thoroughly frustrated, we walked our bill to the bar to pay. Despite all of the trials and tribulations with service, the food was excellent, and the setting is romantic. It's a beautiful restaurant.

The food and service here is so fantastic that we visited it twice during our short stay in Inverness. We highly recommend the haggis stuffed chicken with whisky cream sauce and black pudding mashed potatoes, the steak pie with potatoes, and the pan seared salmon. The quality of the dishes and the complexity of the flavors was sublime. The service was equally attentive! 5 stars!!

This is of the few options in the city center that seems to be open early which is why we ended up coming here and I’m so glad we did! The banana bread lattes are amazing and we got an avocado toast with pico de gallo and a toffee apple cinnamon roll which were both delicious as well. Service was quick and the ambiance of the cafe is also great - cozy and fun music playing the whole time!

This lovely little restaurant was recommended to us by our brother. He said the cull and skink was amazing so that’s what we tried, and he was right. It quite honestly was the best soup I’ve ever had in my life. There was an excellent, varied menu. A café was nice and light and spacious. The service was very friendly and efficient. I came here everyday while in Inverness for their Old Fashioned. The guy in the bar really showed passion while preparing the cocktail. The place is a cozy little bar, with a few seats available- in a welcoming and charming atmosphere. It was perfect to finish the day and get ready for dinner, while enjoying a nice drink. Their whiskey selection is massive and their cocktail list is for every taste. They also have beer and wine. It doesn’t matter what type of drink you’re into, the place is just a must! I saw they also have whiskey taste, but I didn’t have the chance to try. To flag, they don’t have food in here. Highly recommend, one of my favourite spots in Inverness.

As an Innes, it feels like a piece of my history. The people are lovely and welcoming. I wish we weren’t leaving so soon. We live locally and have visited here several times, food is always excellent but our last visit the food was exceptional!!! The staff are lovely, especially the new waiter who has fab banter and just great fun - a great new addition to the team!\n\nHighly recommend the red Thai curry ….i like spicy but not too hot and it was cooked to perfection. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his too. Good size portions too and excellent value for money. We had a lovely evening and will definitely be back soon. Thanks guys!!

We went to this restaurant during lunch, and ordered their vegan haggis, steak pie, and fish n chips. It was all very delicious, and very generous portions. The price was also very reasonable and the entire meal was great value for money. The staff were also very friendly. My husband and I stayed at Castle View Guest House and it was wonderful. Eleanor was the loveliest host (love ya guts)!! She went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in & well taken care of. Eleanor's scones served with an array of her home made jams and clotted cream were divine. Our room was so sweet and comfortable. The location is fantastic!! We would definitely recommend staying here to everyone.

Brilliant if you have a dog! My family have been staying in the area for holiday and have struggled to find places that will allow dogs. Here we felt so welcomed and they are clearly rather popular! What an absolute gem of a place, we are a family of 4 with two small children who managed to get a very last minute room thanks to the accommodating staff here. The hospitality of this place, especially the managers Ryan and Steph is fantastic and made us all so welcome. The food was delicious and impressed with their handling of gluten free as I am Coeliac. Room was spacious, cosy and very clean. Really impressed with the whole place and wish the community all the best with their take over. Already off to a great start by the looks of things. We will be singing the praises of this lovely place for a long time to come. Thank you ?

There is a terrace and places inside. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Very tasty, there is a national Scottish dish. Order only through a QR code, which is on each corner of the table with the table number. Although grilled dishes in the menu are indicated with serving in 45 minutes, the order was completed much faster. I recommend this establishment.
