Restaurants in Kingussie
Cafe Bistro
57High St, KingussieWe were lucky enough to get a booking for New Years Eve at Cafe Bistro and the 5 course meal did not disappoint. From the scallop and black pudding starter to the cheese and biscuits at the end our meal was perfect. Each course was beautifully prepared and presented and tasted wonderful. The service was wonderful leaving enough time between courses to enjoy the company at our table. Being able to take our own wine was a lovely bonus.
This is a lovely family run restaurant, serving high quality food at reasonable prices.
Thank you to the Management and staff at Cafe Bistro for a very memorable night.

SUIE BAR
Kincraig, KingussieThe Suie bar is a traditional bar offering at least 4 real ales including the local brewery in Aviemore and they are kept in tip top condition, they also offer a full range of keg beers including lager, cider and Guinness and they also offer a wide range of non alcoholic beverages. Food only accompanies sponsored events and Sharon cooks this at home because the kitchen at the Suie is not up to standard.Alan employs good staff who are a credit to both himself and the Suie. If you are looking for a traditional pub in the Highlands look no further than the Suie.

Loch Insh Outdoor Centre
shire, Loch Insh Outdoor centre Kincraig Inverness, KingussieWe had a great time visiting loch Insh today and will definitely be back. The reception lady Maggie was really nice and helpful. We tried out archery for the first time, it was so much fun, worth every penny. Our coach Dale explained everything well, he was kind and patient and he made the experience more fun overall. We would highly recommend a visit to Loch Insh outdoor centre.

Royal Tandoori
68-70 High St, KingussieWe called in yesterday, early Monday evening, we were on holiday in our campervan. The food was delicious, piping hot, beautifully presented and had quick service. We received a warm welcome, had a lovely chat about the local area, the chef popped out to check everything was OK too. We were not rushed in any way, we were told to relax and take our time. A wonderful experience and will definitely return on our travels.

Columba House
Manse Rd, KingussieGot a great rate for a single night in the Spey suite - lovely bed, private bathroom and loads of space! Everything was functional and well managed - with the exception being a slight mishap with the key safe, which I was walked through over the phone by the manager. Great location in terms of walking down into Kingussie for dinner since the hotel doesn't have its own catering facilities, as well as brilliant transport access from the A9 with dedicated on and off slips into Kingussie as opposed to other junctions. Would definitely stay again!
