First of all the staff is AMAZING! The manager is extremely kind and cares for customers like family. Food is hands down perfect and fish is as fresh as it just came from water. Huge props for a perfectly poured Guinness as I’m very picky about that. Can’t wait to be back to Scotland and will make sure to be there again ! Thank you Criterion!
One of the stops on our tour today is St Andrews. We dropped off in town, and did a bit of window shopping, selecting The Criterion for lunch.We choose to sit inside, and got a choice booth at the front window.Frazier was out wait staff. He was GREAT!! Told all about the Cri-Pie they are famous for. So on the launch of The Criterion's new menu, we had to give The Belly Buster a go. Bacon, haggis, hash browns & sausage topped with cheese on a breakfast roll. We managed to vlear our plates without a burst belly but had to go for a late morning nap when we got back to our caravan. We can highly recommend The Belly Buster but will revert back to a standard breakfast roll in future.
