Always a warm welcome when you pop in for a coffee or lunch! The coffee and cakes are soooo good and Jack will whip you up a tasty lunch too - all served with a smile. While you wait there is a delightful array of goods to peruse - from handmade soaps to unusual cards, not forgetting the lovely knitwear and gorgeous knick knacks and paintings that add a unique quality to every home. Vicky certainly excels in her tasteful selection! You will definitely be tempted by something!

Exception service from start to finish. Came here for Mothering Sunday and were welcomed with a warming smile and they couldn’t do enough for us. The food was utterly amazing and I cannot fault anything about the experience. Thank you to Jamie and the team, the best roast I’ve had in a considerably long time and will be back.

They have a new menu since the last time I went, still lots of great food choices.I had a new burger which was really tasty and filling. I added another burger to it.Food came out quick even though the pub was over half full, great choice of drinks.Friendly staff.Parking: Parking all around the pub, plenty of spaces too.Wheelchair accessibility: Think there's disabled spaces but also lots of spaces near to the entrance.Plenty of tables for wheelchair users.

First time back since new management and were not disapointed. The food was excellent and considering how busy they were, the service was very good and friendly.I would heartily recommend to give this a visit. My only minor gripe would be the Tribute real ale was not great, either not pulled through or end of barrel.

The Bridgewater Arms

We went to celebrate Mother's Day, and we enjoyed the meal. We selected our meals from the Mother's Day menu and cross-referenced it to the allergy sheets. The QR code on the menu was a great help. There was a limited selection for us (we are gluten-free) for starter and main, with only 1 desert option. But we all enjoyed our meal.
