We went for lunch and, after 25 minutes or so we asked how long our food would be. The response was, there's only 1 chef. What I would have liked to hear was, I'm sorry about that, let me check for you. But the waiters attitude was really obnoxious and he seemed to be really annoyed we'd asked. The food was great but this staff member made me really angry. Maybe he should consider not being front of house. This is our go to place when we come to Bath to watch the rugby. Today it was for their Full Monty breakfast which was excellent as ever. When we come for lunch it's always nachos for me and everyone else has either the burger or fish finger sandwich. Consistently excellent food, prompt and friendly service.
Wow what a treat it was to find this place , we had a great time this afternoon with some really lovely friends but the icing on the cake was the service we received from Milly a young lady on her first day. I wish I had her working for me as her customer service skills were beyond her pay grade , She was charming sweet and delightful.She will go far in any vocation she chooses.Let’s hope she stays at the Adventure cafe as it is such a cool cafe bar…We will be back.Simon Kasia...read full review
