Booked in for Sunday lunch, welcomed by a friendly lovely young lady behind the bar. Ordered drinks then sat at our table while looking through the menu. Plenty of choice, even had a specials board. Ian the Manager took our order and we chatted for a while. The food came out, we both had the roast beef. It was fabulous, very tasty would highly recommend. Ian the landlord made us feel very special and comfortable, he was very attentive and accommodating . Food was excellent and delicious, I would have given him 11/10 , it’s so refreshing to eat and drink and served by someone with a smile on their faces , well done Ian .

Stopover in our motorhome for Xmas. Had a fantastic time, lovely food and great locals. The Landlord, Ian made us welcome and was an amazing host. Food and drink well priced and delicious. Plenty of varied entertainment, and pub homely and comfortable. A 'definite' for a return trip ??
