We had a great night!Everyone working there was super nice and welcoming.The food arrived in great time and was beautiful. I had a proper 'Ratatouille' moment with a tear in the corner of my eye when I had the first bite of my steak and stilton pie. Another lovely lunch with friends . Never disappoints , excellent service from Mark and the girls . Really great choices on the menu . Our last two visits were at the Wesley which were also excellent as the Tap was closed , so very happy to lunch there today . Both wonderful country pubs but the Tap is my favourite .
I had booked the restaurant for a family lunch today as they offered an excellent festive menu. The reservation was confirmed by email, and they asked us to select our dishes prior to visiting as I expect they are very busy at this time of year.
