We were welcomed and seated quickly and had our drinks order taken by a young lady with brown hair who was very helpful and smiley! She informed us that the restaurant was very busy and there may be a small wait on food, which we didn't mind. Our drinks came quickly and she took our food order. We had the sharer platter for two. The food came out quickly, I certainly didn't think there was any kind of wait on food which is a credit to how hard the staff were working, especially the lady looking after us that did not stop the whole time we were in the restaurant and always happy to help and smiling. The food was absolutely delicious, our highlights were the ribs and the pork burger and there was plenty of it! We couldn't finish the platter. A brilliant experience for us with delicious food and 10/10 service. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming again.

Charford, BromsgroveBeautiful pub, clean and refreshing set on the outskirts of Bromsgrove. Service very attentive, food presented well and piping hot. Staff very good and caring! With constant fantastic customer service from start to finish. Grounds looked after very well, clean tidy and very inviting. The lion story board outside was outstanding and really showed character of the pub and its meaning.

12 St John St, BromsgroveMy son and I popped into Dry Spy Bar in Bromsgrove and were seriously impressed! The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome straight away.
The food was spot on, even the “bar snacks” were generous portions, cooked perfectly, and great value for money. Honestly, you’d expect to pay more for this quality.
The beer selection is brilliant, with the XPA being a real standout, crisp, full of flavour, and perfect with the food.
Upstairs has a lovely open-air seating area with cover for when it rains, comfy sofas, and great table service, a brilliant space to relax.
We lucked out visiting on a Wednesday when they do £1 wings, good size, great sauces, and definitely not the tiny “sparrow wings” you sometimes get.
Such a good experience we went back the very next day! A real gem for chilled vibes, great food, and well-priced drinks.

I’ve lived away from Bromsgrove for a while (in Australia where the hospitality business leads and has huge competition), but whilst visiting was told to visit Ascotts because it was amazing. It did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the service was best! The girls were so great especially our server Amelia she was the best, recommending dishes and being very attentive. The decor is cool and different from anything anywhere near. This is a must visit venue for great food, cocktails, drinks and above and beyond service!

The staff were constantly busy but still managed to get our order spot on and went beyond expectations to ensure we enjoyed our food. I had accidentally ordered the incorrect pudding (my mistake) and the staff member delivering the food corrected it for me without hesitation. The staff were attentive and checked in on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed. The children accessed the outdoor play area and this was fine, the play equipment was clean and safe. We had a lovely get together and we will go again. Well done to the staff.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the evening meal was excellent (even though arriving late) and the service was excellent. The breakfast staff (especially Snehal) were extremely polite and helpful, making our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you.

I’ve never been anywhere and had such brilliant customer service as I do here - the banter flows and they always have a smile on their face - always ask how you are and want to have a conversation with you. Nothing is ever too much trouble! I will never stop going here. The sandwiches are too die for, lovely soft crusty white bread with a pick of whatever you want on! Haggis is an absolute game changer! If you don’t know, get to know. It’s wonderful - 5* all round. If you have been to Dave’s Cafe! Run there now. ☺️

Up to give all of the money for the order to the business I chose to go direct to their website rather than a delivery firm Andres extremely pleased with how easy it was to navigate through the menu and add things to the cart probably the best online ordering experience I've ever had with regards to ease of navigation.
I had a 20% discount added to my bill for being a first time customer automatically came off mid order
Pretty usual menu but the prices are very reasonable for the area and portion sizes were also impressive
I had a tandoori mix starter which was very good value at £5 I ordered two papadums however got sent for so probably bought extra I got extra mint yoghurt as well but only one mango chutney so perhaps this is not sent to standard.
Had a very creamy and mild tandoori chicken main with coconut cream sauce basically a korma but.not.yelow.
Chips.were still.kinda crispy on delivery naan still hot
Food came at time stated.
And i could pay cash on delivery.
Will definitely order again.

Big Dave's Cafe
141 Worcester Rd, BromsgroveHave my horses in Bromsgrove & go to this cafe every time me and my partner fancy a sandwich. Dave and the lady who own/run the cafe are amazing. I’ve never been anywhere and had such brilliant customer service as I do here - the banter flows and they always have a smile on their face - always ask how you are and want to have a conversation with you. Nothing is ever too much trouble! I will never stop going here. The sandwiches are too die for, lovely soft crusty white bread with a pick of whatever you want on! Haggis is an absolute game changer! If you don’t know, get to know. It’s wonderful - 5* all round. If you have been to Dave’s Cafe! Run there now. ☺️

Fairfield, BromsgroveReally lovely welcoming staff, super accommodating for our dog. Lovely food with good vegan options. My friend and I have met here several times and will continue to do so, its so nice that you are so dog friendly.

Sugarbrook Ln, Stoke Pound, BromsgroveStopped off for a drink while walking the Tardebigge Lock flight. Prices not to horrendous. Didn't have any good, but food that we saw in passing looked good. Quite busy even late afternoon on a Sunday.

The Gate at Bournheath
Dodford Rd, Bournheath, BromsgroveAfter 16 of us turning up on Saturday after a blunder in the booking (our fault) the staff were very helpful and managed to seat us all. Food was excellent and will definitely be coming back again (with a proper booking this time). Well done The Gate! And thank you for a brilliant night.

12 Finstall Rd, Aston Fields, BromsgroveHad ribeye steak. Excellent. With salad 90% rocket. Would have preferred more variety. Paid £30 per head, including a drink. And a starter. And tip. Felt it was value for money. As the food was very well cooked.

Charlie's Kebab House
58 Worcester Rd, BromsgroveI received the warmest welcome at Charlie’s Kehbab House than any other retailer in Bromsgrove. Who when you walk in for the first time treats you like a King? The staff are so pleasant and KNOW how to provide outstanding customer service which I hard to come by these days. The food also speaks volumes and was delicious. I will definitely be back again!
