Lovely little pub/restaurant. We have been a regular at the sister pub in Perry for years.The Mermaid has a great menu full of classics and the quality of ingredients is noticeable! Lots of fresh fish and meat. An intimate restaurant with friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. We will definitely return!
Went for an evening out and was highly impressed. Waitresses knowledgeable and friendly. Food excellent and way above 'pub grub'.A busy restaurant is always a good sign and yet service was fast and efficient.Well done The Mermaid. RecommendedFood & drinks: Good interesting menu. Young chef visibly working hard but checking all plates before service.And all for less than £100 for three including several drinks each.If you want to impress .. try The Mermaid

Lovely midweek meet up with friends.Great menu, not too expensive. The steak was really tasty and not expensive like many gastro pubs. The service was great, a lovely atmosphere.Nice to see so many people out on a Wednesday night.We will be back !
