Let’s start from the professional service we have received. The lady taking our order was able to help us understand which option is best for our requirements (vegetarian and not very spicy).We had two main vegetarian meals, one portion of fried noodle and one portion of fried rice.The food itself was enjoyable and at the end of the meal our stomach didn’t feel heavy. The fried noodles weren’t too fried and the vegetables we had looked fresh and were cooked just at the right point, resulting crunchy in a perfectly made juicy sauce.The take away takes cash only, but if you only have a card you can walk 10 feet to the post office and take some cash.I will definitely order again.

Best chippy around!! We travel from Barrow to Askam to have our chippy tea. We only go to Pollys Plaice. We get fish, chips and Irish curry. The Irish curry is absolutely gorgeous its not like the usual chippy curry, to me it's sweeter and compliments the fish and chips so well. Both the fish and chips are the nicest we've ever tasted. Get yourselves to Pollys Plaice you will not be disappointed!
