Turntable Cafe

Turntable Cafe was my first stop after arriving in Ravenglass by train. Such a warm welcome and great service. I had the homemade mushroom soup (soup of the day) with a seeded brown roll and lakeland butter. The soup was delicious. I sat outside on a platform facing into the garden and playground. Bonuses for seeing the arrival of one of the steam engines at the Ravenglass & Eskdale railway. Also, I was visited by a Robin who shared my roll. The server was so lovely and very helpful.
