I'm really sorry to say this but it's not the Cafe Nero it once was. The staff barely know how to make a decent cup of coffee, let alone anything else!Now that the staff have to deal with "Deliveroo" and other online orders, they're getting distracted and can't give the service to their in-store customers as would would want or expect.Personally, I have chosen to avoid going here now, and I'm just waiting to see what the new coffee shop opening in what was 'Pizza Pie' will be...read full review
Best cafe in chesterfield lovely ambience with always amazing coffee. Fantastic staff especially Cathy who always greets with a smile and will pass the time of day with you very polite !!
I have been meeting my friend here for 10 years now, most weeks. Being an old building, it can sometimes appear a little shabby inside (but part of the vibe/atmosphere imo). Staff struggle to stay on top of tables/clutter when people have gone, but that's purely because they're so busy and popular. The staff here are ALWAYS on the go.
