The Rattery Church House Inn
Rattery, South BrentFantastic pub atmosphere with a warm and cozy feel, lovely food, well priced for the excellent quality. After several visits I have noticed a forever changing menue with lots of choice and flavours, from classic choices to those fancy pants options with lovely decorations and a very fully belly after.

Calancombe Estate
The Calancombe Estate Nr Modbury SouthFour of us went for the Celebration tea and the service was definitely 5 star. The chef dealt with our allergy and vegan requests with flair and attention to detail (they had been given advance notice). The service was attentive but discreet. The food itself was wonderful bursting with flavours and texture. The venue on a cold March day was warm and welcoming. It was an experience as well as a ‘good tea’ and well worth the cost.

The Avon Inn
Plymouth Rd, Avonwick, South BrentI've passed the place many times. I've not heard any recommendations. We tried it today and I was highly impressed. I've been once with drinks and friends, it was average. I've had business dealings with a collection but not to eat. Staff & food very professional.Parking: Parking lot was about 3 places left but only 50% fullWheelchair accessibility: Not too bad had to go the long way

Shell
Devon Expy, A38, South BrentStopped for a top up of fuel late one evening and the young lady with short black hair who is always on nights is a credit to the company. Her customer service is spotless. And she always has a smile on her face.
