what a cute little place. food is lovely and very well presented, salads were delectable. lemon meringue tart and pistachio cake slice were both delicious and the espresso was expertly made. the romanian waitress was very nice and helpful too. definitely recommend a visit, but a warning to the vegetarians out there who we visited with, dishes are not clearly labelled vegetarian although the options are delicious once you find them.

The staff are extremely professional, especially on the night we went when it was standing room only (1 out 1 in).\n\nThe service was quick.\n\nWe both had Haddock & cheesy chips, mushy peas, plus 5 onion rings, with a bottle of Rose.\n\nThe haddock was amazing wonderful piece of fish, with a very light batter that did not over power the fish.\n\nThe accompanying chips with cheese were equally as good, and lots of them, unfortunately just a few too many for us today.\n\nThe onion rings batter was thin & crispy which was not over powering. They certainly know their batters.\n\nThe wine was lovely & chilled, and the unique ice bucket was a crab bucket.\n\nIf you are visiting Weymouth & are looking for somewhere to have traditionally cooked fish & chips (both Restaurant or Fish & Chips), this is the place to come.\n\nYou are not able to reserve a table & as it is very popular there are busy times where you have to wait.\n\nLooking forward to coming back again.

Will definitely recommend this pub for it's great service and very good value for money food, my partner is diabetic and his blood sugar was going low and the lovely waitress brought out some chocolate flakes for him, i had the sausage and mash with onion rings and other members of my party had the cottage pie with vegetables and we asked for extra gravy which was brought out with no problem and no extra cost. The deserts are also definitely recommend, everything was piping hot and the presentation is top notch

My husband and I had an anniversary meal yesterday, which was superbly cooked and, though service at times was a little slow, they were busy and did apologise. My Tagliata di manzo was perfectly cooked. The pannacotta for dessert was delicious and the wine was just as we like it. My husband’s Ravioli was much enjoyed. My only disappointment was the huge portion of fries, which took up over half the plate without any other vegetable, unless you count the bed of rocket that disintegrated under the heated food. The sea views are lovely, even though the weather wasn’t great. The staff were very pleasant. I can recommend this restaurant and they do cater for diets, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free, though the choice is necessarily reduced. If I could, I would have given it 4 and a half but felt mean giving it 4, so chose 5 anyway. If you want a table by the window, book at least three weeks in advance!

We called in whilst walking back to our guest house with the hope we could pick up a takeaway pizza.
We were disappointed.
Our order was quickly taken with our server being extremely accommodating.
Whilst we waited we had a glass of wine as well.
I'm just sorry we weren't able to sit in and experience a whole meal.
The pizza, cheese with pesto was absolutely delicious.
This is another of Weymouth's restaurants we shall return to next time we are in town.

Honestly at a loss how anyone can fail to give this 5 stars. Super fresh fish, spiky crunchy batter, perfect chips made from fresh potatoes, friendly staff, old school chippy atmosphere. There can be long queues, but that's because they're so good. Absolute 10/10 fish n chips. Highly recommended.

We arrived late-ish in town, wandering the esplanade we found this fabulous restaurant!
Everything, from the greeting by Enzo, the delicious meal ( we had 3 courses), outstanding wine and attentive service was faultless.
We chatted with Enzo after our meal and found him to be a restaurateur that really cares about his customers and his business.
I highly recommend you dine at Enzo, it’s honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had during our 5 months touring the UK.

We thought we'd give it a try and we were not disappointed the fish and chips were lovely cooked to perfection, my son loved his cheesey chips and said it was really tasty cheese. Enjoyed fish & chips to take away earlier this evening. Had Cod & Chips, Haddock & Chips and a curry sauce. Really nice place, really clean and appealing inside. Staff were great, three young ladies serving and two gents cooking. Very friendly and quick service. Got back to Sea View just up the road where we were staying and enjoyed really great food. 10/10. Very nice restaurant that we discovered whilst away in Weymouth. I have to say, our whole party really enjoyed their meals, four of us had the steak and it was delicious! We all could cut threw our steaks like butter and everything that went along with it was really tasty. I don't normally mention chips but they were also really nice. My daughter had the chicken burger which was really well put together aswell. My little boy had the mac and cheese. As a 4yo, he was really impressed with his food plus he had a side of the cheesy chips which he was also super impressed with too, it was huge so we all sampled them! We all had a pudding which was equally tasty. The atmosphere was nice and chilled as were the staff, all friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. Its the best meal we had all had in a long time. I just wish they were local to me as I would definitely go more often!

Called in for Sunday lunch.
The Sunday Roast was excellent. The meat was tender. Only downside was that the Cauliflower Cheese was rather Al Dente, hard.
The service was good and made to feel welcome.
We sat outside next to a Doggy party! Eight one year old dogs having a get together with their Mum.
It was fun seeing them all together for their birthday.
The Pub is in a beautiful location and was 'very' busy but the staff made it all run smoothly.
Definitely going back.
It's out of the way but we'll worth the visit.

Haven’t been here for a long time, but I came in with friends to celebrate my birthday. We had a lovely evening! We were informed by the new staff that they were going through a refurbishment soon. The food was very good, not too much. The prices are a bit high (for Central Europeans). The staff was very nice. The serving time was right, the drinks could have come a little earlier. The location at the harbor is chic. We were conflicted about the ambience. Personally, I found it a bit reverberant, especially due to the light floor tiles and the otherwise clear room layout.

This time I had king prawn noodles (£12), and half Carlsberg (£3.50), and the bill was just £15.50, no service charge this time so they got a tip. The meal was very nice.\nIt's not so fantastically cheap I'd want to go every night, but reasonable enough for me to visit again when I go to Weymouth next year. I also appreciated that by the time I'd finished the restaurant was quickly filling up, but I had no difficulty attracting the attention of a waitress to pay the bill.

A really friendly lady served us, we were seated straight away, with the dog in tow.bit's an al fresco setting but inside a kind of marquee/awning which shields the wind a bit. Went in today and wasn’t sure what to order. The young lady behind the counter, Ellise, was very helpful and suggested the new stuffing burger box tower meal. She was extremely pleasant throughout the whole interaction, smiling and laughing the whole time. The food arrived promptly and was fresh and hot, and the hot chocolate was delicious. Well done KFC, and thank you Ellise for being so patient with someone as indecisive as me.

I had the Lemon Chicken & Thyme with Crispy Bacon Gravy recommended by Sophie which was absolutely delicious washed down with a few pints of Madri expertly poured by Rowan and Chris. Fantastic food, genuinely friendly and welcoming team who no matter how busy they are always make you feel valued.\n\nAlways feel at home in the George.

What a great little cafe! The food was tasty and the main meals were available as large or small which is good. We liked it so much we went back again during our stay near Weymouth. Although its not on either of the main shopping streets, its on a small lane parallel with one of them and is clearly a favourite with locals. It is very reasonably priced and well worth a visit if you want good, traditional British food and friendly staff.

Stopped here for breakfast before we got to Weymouth. I had the full English and it was the of the best freshest breakfast I've ever had. It was superb. Staff very friendly and reasonable priced. Plenty of parking near by and as we had our dog with us we eat outside and the views are excellent. Very recommend place to eat.

Loved my big crab sandwich (seasonal) and you can listen to the waves crash in on their roof top terrace, which has lots of seating. Hidden Gem!! The chef was lovely and chatty too. Loved this place! Lost one star as the young girl on the till yesterday was a little pushy trying to put our order through. It was late in the day but she asked 3 times while I was at the til waiting on my partner. Not exactly rude but clearly wanted home time.

We’ve ordered from Littlemoor Spice several times in the past and we’ve always been really impressed. My daughter and I were having a day in Weymouth and planned to have fish and chips for lunch, the weather was so atrocious that we decided to visit Bowleze and The Beachside. It was more than enough, a decent sized piece of fish each and ample chips it also came with a roll and butter. It was delicious. Great value, friendly and prompt service. I will definitely visit again and recommend, especially for Fish and Chips!

Arrived for a few days on Sunday and been smelling glorious aromas from this restaurant every evening since, promising myself a take away. The Pathia has got to be one of the tastiest and enjoyable ones I’ve eaten in a long time, all of our order was of a fantastic quality, flavoursome and really really lovely.Definitely the place to visit !!! Well recommended.

50 yards from my B&B I stumble across a pub that had Blackthorn on draft. WHAT A FIND! very rare to find it when I'm away from Bristol so I was well chuffed. Enjoyed a couple in a lovely garden with a great atmosphere. We did try and go back in for a last pint at 10pm and they'd stopped serving but I had 4 cans pre prepared in my room so couldn't grumble.
I'll definitely be back in next time I'm in town. Cheers!

First trip to Weymouth and came across Hamilton‘s by the seafront. Managed to park very close by.\n\nFriendly staff and a lovely relaxed lunch with fresh ingredients and interesting dishes.\n\nHad home-made soup and local crab both of which were delicious. My wife is gluten and dairy intolerant and they helped with options without any difficulty. \n\nThey offer a range of Italian biscuit desserts as well as the menu items and great Espresso coffee!\n\nThey said they are open Thursday - Saturday evenings for dinner and we will be back on our next trip to Weymouth!
