Tuesday lunchtime and was looking for somewhere to have lunch whilst travelling. Checked out Lewis and chose The Swan Inn based on the feedback recieved on the Google Maps App.They have a small pub car park but at midday I had my choice of parking bays. Went into the busy bar packed with diners and made my way to the bar where I was warmly greeted. Visited for lunch with family. Excellent food and plenty for veggies and vegans. I had a delicious vegan bean soup.Vegetarian options: Plenty of choice and very tasty.Parking: Small car park that can get full but there is on street parking within easy walking distance.

We had a table in their lovely garden sitting with overhead warmer. Food was well presented and good. The leek and potato soup was delicious. Service was very welcoming and sufficiently fast. Will definitely return on the next visit to Lewes.
