51a N End, Longhoughton, AlnwickWe popped into this lovely family run cafe today. We received a very warm welcome. We ordered 2 x lattes which were piping hot.. they served a selection of delicious cakes and they even do Sunday Lunches !!
Lots of Forces Memorabilia adorned the walls in pretty Poppy art.
Dog friendly too.
A really great find.

58 Northumberland St, Alnmouth, AlnwickWe visited for lunch (family of four) and all found something to suit. My husband really enjoyed his breakfast stottie, filled with plenty of filling. My tuna sandwich was nice, served with a lovely fresh side salad and crisps; only issue was that there was too much butter (but this is something I’d easily ask to change next time). The scrambled egg on toast was a good portion and very tasty. Tuna melt toastie was excellent too. The small let-down were the scones; both fruit and cheese were very dry, but they did provide plenty of clotted cream or butter.
Service was excellent and they clearly work very hard. It’s a lovely cafe. Next time we’re trying the cakes, which look fabulous and made by a local bakery.

26 N End, Longhoughton, AlnwickPlenty of choice for brunch and a delicious iced coffee. The deli and cakes looked beautifully homemade and the waitresses were lovely and welcoming. We will definitely be back
