2 Shore St, Applecross, StrathcarronThe drive to Applecross Inn is an adventure with its winding roads, but it's worth it. We were very late but the staff were accommodating and let us have the table longer. The inn is charming, and the food is fantastic. Scallops for starter were perfect. The medium lobster, which is huge, is a must-try. Service is quick, even when busy, so booking ahead is wise. Applecross Inn is a gem with great food and excellent service.

Applecross Campsite
ApplecrossBeautiful part of Scotland. I have wanted to visit since reading about the area in Graeme Macrae Burnet’s ‘His Bloody Project’, and was not disappointed. In a word - Idyllic.
The site is well situated, clean, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
I will suggest some hooks to be added to the men’s ablutions nearest the reception area, but otherwise it is difficult to find fault.
