We've been to many michelin star's restaurant, and I can say the services, the wine pairing, the timing of the food served, the quality of the food was as good as those michelin star's rest. Highly recommended. I think chef Calum Montgomery is a genius!!

Greshornish House Hotel, Edinbane, PortreeLovely discreet hotel down a quiet route on Skye - traditional well kept with lawned gardens and a great stay transiting to Harris. Staff( especially the girl from Birmingham ) were very friendly and helpful - lovely tasty evening meal served follow by a varied breakfast the next morning : expensive room was a bit small and hot over the kitchen : surprise was a golden pheasant walking past the breakfast room window !
