Came in for a friends daughters 11th birthday.
Cannot fault the team or the food. We all had a fab meal and a lovely desert. All the staff were really good and attentive.
Would happily come here again. First time in many many years I have been her! I don’t know why I haven’t been here sooner.
Big shout out to Connor although all staff were amazing he just added that personal touch and was just that slight bit more attentive.

It was a group of 8 booking, the welcome we had was brilliant despite this being our first time there, I had the smokey Mcsmokeyson, bloody fantastic, great value, this was probably the best burger I have had in a restaurant, others in our group said the vegan option was good as well. Highly recommended.

The best restaurant in Tamworth! A warm welcome is always guaranteed by the friendly staff. We visited whenever we can, as the menu has a varied choice to suit all palettes , including a comprehensive vegan menu. The Restaurant always has a good atmosphere and the food never disappoints. It always tastes delicious and is very well presented. The staff are all very conscientious and professional. The prices are very reasonable. Well done, to everyone concerned. We will, of course be back!

We travelled from Lichfield after hearing so much about Omar’s Table – a colleague at work had told us how incredible the food and service are – and I have to say, they were absolutely right.

From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The food was simply outstanding: bursting with flavour, full of creative twists, and presented like a work of art. It honestly felt like magic with every bite.

We started with the new falafel dish and the prawns, while our friends chose the lamb kofta – each one was delicious. For mains, we had the lamb rump and the new chicken dish, and our friends went for the ribeye steak. You could instantly tell the quality of the ingredients was top-notch and that so much effort and passion goes into every plate.

Desserts were the perfect finale – the Dubai chocolate and the new plum choux were both on another level.

A special mention goes to Kim, who looked after us so warmly and professionally – her service was above and beyond, and really made the whole experience even more memorable.

Honestly, we can’t believe a restaurant of this standard exists in Tamworth. Omar’s Table is a hidden gem that deserves to be shouted about. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience.

What a splendid place to have a relaxing drink and meal. My wife, mother in law and I had a fantastic meal, tasty and very reasonably priced, in the beer garden. The staff were superb, friendly and attentive.

I have been eating here for years be it a takeout or sitting in. The staff are next level great, they genuinely cannot do enough to make your experience something special and have NEVER had a bad meal from here, that to me speaks volumes with how consistently good a place can be. They understand great food and hospitality at this establishment and for me it sets the bar for all other Indian restaurants we visit, I may be biased but other places I visit fall short of my expectations for eating at an Indian restaurant

Two days ago, after an exciting visit to Drayton Manor, my friends and I—visiting from Manchester Oldham—decided to stop by a Bangladeshi/Indian restaurant on our way back. What a brilliant decision that turned out to be.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt familiar and welcoming. The staff, all Bangladeshi, immediately understood our preferences and delivered exactly what we were craving: bold, spicy, and exotic dishes that reminded us of home. Every bite was packed with flavor, perfectly balanced with the kind of heat we love—not watered down, not overly fiery, just spot on.

The service was exceptional. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, the team made us feel like honored guests rather than just customers passing through. It’s rare to find a place where the staff not only know the cuisine but also understand the cultural nuances of how it should be served.

And the highlight? The Bangladeshi chai. Rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection—it was the ideal way to end our meal. Hats off to the kitchen staff for nailing it.

I've been visiting the Snow dome for many years and have seen it get progressively busier. In my opinion there is too many people on the slope. My kids had a beginner lesson and there were at least 6 other groups on lessons. The recreational skiers simply don't have enough room if they are not really good and I saw 3 people in quick succession being knocked over by other skiers at the bottom and queueing. I'd recommend you travel a bit further and go to a bigger indoor slope. Tamworth is just too busy. And don't get me started about the size of the ques. Actual skiing time Vs queuing time for the beginner lift was so disappointing for the money you pay. However, that said, the receptionist was really good when I expressed my issues and they did help with a credit note. So I can't fault their customer service post purchase.

What a wonderful place. We held a celebration of life buffet lunch for our wonderful loved one Ray, this was his go too place for his ' Saturday breakfast club' with friends fir many years before his unfortunate passing. It seemed fitting to hold our gathering here, a special place to him. The owner and staff went the extra mile opening especially for us on a day they are usually closed. The buffet was delicious, freshly prepared, tasty and quality ingredients were in the sandwiches. All served with a smile from the staff who were very attentive to our requirements for the afternoon. Thank you all so much for everything. Can highly recommend Christopher's.

Hopwas is blessed with two pubs, both by the Coventry canal and opposite one another. We were staying in the village and the Otter provides complimentary parking for our accommodation so would be rude not to have dinner here on our first evening. A very pleasant Vintage Inns pub with a huge car park which was almost full at 3.30 pm on a Tuesday, being testimony to its popularity. We arrived later for dinner and found a table in the doggy friendly bar area where the locals go. We avoid restaurant areas in a pub as you're "not in a pub."\nFriendly and helpful bar lady. Four real ales on pump and a good range of wines at very reasonable prices. A bottle of Viognier and Pinot Noir at less than 25 quid each. A spicy prawn cocktail with fresh salad and bread. Excellent side of proper chips, crispy on the outside with fluffy centres. A good burger but unfortunately the pub doesn't have the facilities to serve medium rare. Inedible fries I'm afraid. A handy £10 new members Vintage Inns discount. Happy days. Overall 4 stars and recommended.

Jalali is a real gem for anyone who loves Indian food. The menu is full of variety, with all the classics as well as a few unique dishes you don’t see everywhere. The food itself was delicious – rich in flavour, perfectly spiced, and served piping hot. The portion sizes were generous too, which is always a bonus.\n\nThe service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the staff were happy to make recommendations when we couldn’t decide. The restaurant has a nice, relaxed atmosphere – great for both a casual meal and a special night out.\n\nThe only small reason I’ve given 4 instead of 5 stars is that the wait for food was a little longer than expected, but honestly, it was worth it once it arrived.\n\nIf you’re in the area and craving authentic, tasty Indian cuisine, Jalali is definitely worth a visit. I’ll happily be returning soon.

This is a lovely pub. A country style pub with amazing views firm the pub garden and kids play area.
The food took a while, but we were explained this due to the hot summer temp.
When the food arrived it was very nice.
My only gripe was that I wanted the extra large mixed grill and they only had the usual size,......... confused.
Lovely pub, great service, tasty and well priced. Plenty of parking and a really good sized play area. We will definitely be back

I love this place the food is great but please for the love of god stop spraying polish when youre open for business. Nobody want to taste Pledge or Mr Sheen in their food. It's a long running joke with friends about the smell of polish in this place. Clean the restaurant at 10am in the morning or whenever but not when customers are sat eating!
