Arundel Road, TangmereAs so many others have said, this is probably the Chichester area's best restaurant - we were enchanted by every dish but the highlight was a simply perfect starter in which the creamy duck liver contrasted fabulously with the sherry glaze and crunch of toasted pistachios.
