The price reflects into the food it self from the time it's taken to smoke and rest to delivery to your door if smoking food was an art I think Sam has truly mastered that art

Placed an order Thursday, went to collect it the next day after 10.00am to find that they hadn’t put the order together, asked what I had ordered but they no longer had 1 item so substituted it with two of another and didn’t charge me any extra. Took them back to work for my colleagues to find that the doughnuts were rock hard, they were extremely cold as well, suggesting that they were the days before and had been stored overnight in the fridge. My opinion of this shop has now gone downhill and will not order from here again

Fair play to the establishment they phoned to check to say I was late in collecting.
As I wanted a delivery it was going to be a little longer.
No issue I paid the extra and it was worth the wait.
Polite on the phone polite delivery driver.
Liking the combo mix you get to have a smaller portion of two meals.
Will be returning but will double check I’ve clicked delivery.

I came home tonight Hangry, bad day absolutely starving, ordered on line, and to be honest have been waiting to be in a bad mood and leave a poor review, as expected poor service and crap food. The hanger started building from the point of order, giving 60min delivery time, how unacceptable to take an hour at 8pm on a Saturday night!. But here we are 1hr 5 min later, belly full so I've chilled, and now feel guilty. Hard to describe a donner and chips as fresh food, but that's the only way to put it, Pie and chips, and 2 saveloys (not just for me) all good, portion sizes were huge. Hangryness satisfied, normal thinking returned, 2 excellent meals within an hour (ish) on a Sat night, I'm impressed.

Unit 20, The Pipe Works, Coppice Side, SwadlincoteI came with my niece, mum and brother on the 20th (today) and we had a lovely experience. My curry was absolutely lovely, peas in mum's mixed grill slightly overcooked but enjoyable nonetheless! Brother and niece both enjoyed their food though I can't finish this without mentioning the positively unbelievable prices for the kids meal deal. My niece is only 2 and her meal, pudding and drink came to only £1. Genuinely so impressed with that. Lovely staff (we were served by an amazing woman called Kelly). Overall, really nice night out and high on my list of recommendations, especially for people with children or just for a satisfying meal. Will come again!

77 High St, SwadlincoteI hope they take this as a compliment, but I love KFC and I get quite annoyed that there isn't one in Swadlincote or even the surrounding arrears don't deliver around to here but USA is the 100% the next best thing, the batter they use for the chicken, which in itself is so juicy, tastes almost identical to KFC, I absolutely love USA chicken.My only issue is with delivery, whoever they have hired for that seriously can not read instructions and my order 9/10 ends up somewhere else so I'm constantly on the phone trying to find where my food is. Food is spot on. Delivery drivers, sack them now

Becky especially was brilliant, she felt like a friend by the time we checked out the next morning. Parking was easy, dinner was excellent and so was the breakfast (plenty of it). Becky, from the outset was helpful, friendly and engaging - a perfect host. Easy to find, well located and great service.

The vegetarian & vegan menu offered a wide choice of tasty starters, mains and desserts. I was also impressed with the disabled parking and toilet facilities. All in all it was a memorable time spent being very well looked after.

I thought the first one we tried in Woodville was good.... but this one is definitely better!!! It was cheaper, the food was 150% better, and this is definitely gonna be our go to takeaway from now on!!! From the chicken fried rice to the prawn crackers, hands down the food is incredible!!!

We have visited The Greyhound on several occasions now, some good, some not so good times, but I have got to say their attention to us today was outstanding. I had an unfortunate incident when the heavy menu fell against my full glass of lemon & lime, knocking it all over my carvery. There was no hesitation in clearing it up, replacing my dinner & at no time making it a problem. Thank you so much & will make it a certanty that it is now my favourite place to eat.

We've tried the rest this is the best. For daughter and son in law to rave about it and swith, says Alot. Chicken curry is awesome and not expensive to name a couple in Newhall where we used to go. Came in less than 15 minutes, i was shocked at the door it had came so fast. Everything was piping hot. Fastest takeaway ive ever had. Wonderful food. Sweetcorn in the soup was a little hard but thats all i have to say. 100% recommend ordering from uber from here it was amazing.
