Lovely food and drink, friendly staff. Highly recommended. We had couple of glasses of wine, muscles, baked Brie and 2 big handmade pizzas £60. Great value and tasted excellent. Can’t wait to go back to try more.

Definitely the best food and vibe of any bakery in the local area. Service always comes with a smile, and the staff always make you feel welcome. Always have to take some school cake for my dad (his favourite!), and the toast is buttered to absolute perfection

Monsoon is a very established and beautiful restaurant, the staff are all extremely friendly especially the owner he's very jolly and loves to have a conversation. The food is something else honestly one of the best Indians I've had every time I get food from this place it never ever disappoints. Highly recommend.

This is our favourite local chippy! The chips are our favourite style of chips for fish & chips and the fish is always well fried and delicious. The staff are friendly and the prices are really reasonable. Good range of options like saveloy and fishcakes etc.They now take card too which is useful, but there are also cash machines around the corner if you need them

First time visiting today. They had no gluten free bread as it was their first day back from holiday and it had not been delivered. Did this mean I had to go out (as other cafes have done)? No! A member of staff asked me what gf bread I like and went off to Sainsbury's to get it for me. She came back with a selection! Now THAT is customer service!
My poached egg on gf toast was lovely. Everything was clean and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Highly recommended

Had a takeaway recently whilst visiting family. Best chop suey I've had, all the veg was fresh and crunchy, the rice noodles were good too. 6 of us all enjoyed what we had ordered. Tastes more home made and fresh compared to a lot of other Chinese meals I've had elsewhere in the past.

This is the cleanest kfc I've been to in Southend and the food is also the cleanest.
I always order hot wings and the batter is always golden, not brown.
Unlike other places, the bathroom does not have an unpleasant smell.
In particular, I think the staff's response is the best in Southend.
I didn't get a close look, but the staff member named LIAN?'s response was fantastic. Not too much, not too little.
If I were the owner, LIAN would already be receiving the highest salary.
