Pilley St, LymingtonWe had an amazing experience here! We are always on the hunt for a Sunday roast. Here we got the most amazing sharing starter and Sunday roast. Sitting in the garden with the sun truly made our Sunday perfect. The combination of fantastic service, delicious food, and the charming setting of one of Britain’s oldest pub/restaurants made a memorable visit. Greggs
37 High St, LymingtonIt's Greggs, you can't really benchmark it against other bakerys in the town because it's not trying to be what they are, it's unapologetically just Greggs. And as far as Greggs goes it's probably b tier, indoor seating is a bit cramped and lacking if you are trying to get out the rain.

Rivaaz Lymington
7 St Thomas St, LymingtonWe were visiting Lymington and had been recommended this restaurant by several people. We had a take-away and were not disappointed. An excellent selection on the menu and we had a fabulous meal. Having eaten curries all over England - this restaurant certainly rates in the top few - in fact probably the best. The portions are good with plenty of meat - and the prices are good considering the quality and quantity. Highly recommended.

Britannia Thai
1 High St, Milford on Sea, LymingtonWe visited this evening with our two children 8 and 10. Having never had Thai food they were so accommodating to our children and made them some lovely noodles with their choice of meats. I had a Thai green curry which was so lovely and my husband had the jungle curry which was very spicy but delicious. The starters of prawn crackers, fish cakes and prawn toast were also great. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely go back next time we’re down here. The service was really great and there was not much of a wait for the food.

Monsoori Heights
69 High St, Milford on Sea, LymingtonAbsolutely incredible place - I truly recommend.
We were staying in Milford on Sea for a brief holiday, and whilst we all love Indian, it was not particularly a cuisine we were planning to have whilst there, but it smelled so good as we walked by that we decided to go in, and it was one of the best parts of our holiday - and definitely the best place we ate. In fact, we all agreed it was the best Indian we ever had.
The food was delicious, and my dad ended up trying something he'd never had before, on recommendation from one of the staff, that has now become his favourite dish. The flavours of all the dishes were rich and authentic - somewhat different to some other Indians I've had before, but only in that there seemed to be a greater variety of spices and a slightly sweeter profile to some dishes, which made it truly something special.
The staff were also tremendously warm and welcoming, and it was clear how much passion had gone into the restaurant. We were predominately served by the son of the owner, and it was evident that he truly knew his food and was invested in ensuring his customers had a brilliant experience.
We would have eaten there every night of our holiday if we could!

The Crown Inn
Old Christchurch Rd, Everton, LymingtonToday we went along to the Crown and had a fab lunch. We were walked through the new menu with the landlady and quickly honed in on what we fancied, although the choice was complicated by the plentiful array of specials on offer. We settled on pasta with prawns. The meal arrived very quickly and was delicious, plump fresh prawns ( generous size and quantity ) in pasta with a lovely homemade sauce including tomatoes, samphire, white wine and dill. The new chef is great and it’s clear the management are focussed on delivering a much improved experience…. Well worth a try…

BUT - there is a real rude and horrible woman working in there (she may be a manager) and her attitude simply stinks. The young people working there are lovely but she's not at all. They really need to focus more on their customer service skills.
