Uppingham, OakhamLovely unusual cafe. Exceptionally good quality, and inexpensive. They don’t even mind if you bring your own as long as you buy their lovely drinks and maybe their delicious cakes.
My cousin and her husband who were visiting from Australia were so impressed by the friendliness and wonderful atmosphere. Not posh, but really comfy. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Katie the super friendly waitress made changes to accomodate some fussy teenager preferences with the clear sense that nothing was a problem and she clearly wanted to deliver us excellent service. As well as great cooked to in order food also a shout out for really tremendous coffee. Highly recommended.

High St E, Uppingham, Oakhamtried today for their Sunday roast, 3 course menu and was very full and happy when leaving, beef and lamb cooked beautifully and soft, buttered greens were full kf flavour too. starter I had crispy plrk belly and again was delicious. great service and friendly staff too. we will 100% be back.

The Orchard Café, Glaston Rd, Uppingham, OakhamBoth my husband and I throughly enjoyed our lunch and there was definitely plenty on the plate . Clean crisp fresh food .
Service was second to none especially the little blonde girl. Massive smile very welcoming

2 Stockerston Rd, Uppingham, OakhamAn excellent curry house! The staff were informative on the food and the quality was second to none. Particular of note the vindaloo that was hot but flavoursome, excellent roti and flavour to die for. Even though it's cash only and you can bring your own drinks I would heartily recommend!

Horse & Jockey Inn
2 St Mary's Rd, Manton, OakhamI am 12 years old and this evening I had the most perfectly cooked and seasoned ribs of my life. The service was good with joyfull staff and quick delivery, this is a great pub for a hearty evening out.
I recommend this to all, family or alone.

5 Market Pl, Uppingham, OakhamVery nice Chinese takeaway. Not your traditional chippy. Small counter in the corner where food is brought out, no fries or warming cabinets. Food was excellent. Easily missed from the outside. Doesn't look like a take away and tucked right in the corner of the square.
